Quality Comfort Home Services originated as a small, two-person shop in Cincinnati and has grown into a successful company, driven by continuous referrals and pleased clients. The owners, Ryan and Erin Osterkamp, a husband and wife team, are dedicated to serving the Cincinnati area with honesty and high standards.

Ryan, who grew up in Cincinnati, completed his education at La Salle High School, class of 2002. Together with his wife, he is the father of three kids. Ryan launched his HVAC career as a service technician at a local business and, after acquiring experience, opted to create his own company to serve homeowners. He has built his team over the years and values honesty and fairness in his work. He continues to play a key role in the everyday functions of Quality Comfort.

Had them over to my house recently to troubleshoot my AC that wasn't cooling and they informed me that my unit will need to be replaced. Makes sense, as it's about 18 years old, so I got some quotes to replace the whole system. Luckily for me, the sales guy said, they're currently running a $2500 off promotion until the end of the month. Which sounded great until I actually read the quotes and saw that the cheapest option was still well over 10k. Since then, I've gotten 2 more quotes, both of them have been cheaper and neither of them have a special ""limited time promotion"" applied.

It seems to me like they're quoting people 12.5k for a 10k system and then saying ""but if you get it now we'll take $2500 off"" in an attempt to deceive people into thinking they're getting a deal. Much like how Amazon got caught raising their own prices a month before prime day. I strongly urge everyone to get multiple quotes before falling for these scumbag tricks.

I'm posting my dissatisfaction for service from ""Qualtity Comfort Plumbing and Air"" company. I have a water boiler system in my house that circulates water though pipes to heat my house. I called QUALTITY COMFORT and they told me that they have an experienced person that is qualified to repair it. The technician came out and added some water to the pipes but when I ran the heat it still made a gurgling noise which means not enough water was put in the system. I signed up for their extended plan for 1 year and they would call me back the following year and set up an opponent to send someone else out to look at it. I called them back and they told me that the person who originally worked on it is no longer with the company and they would send someone else out who is qualified. Two technicians came out and shined a heat meter on the pipes and said that it is getting enough heat. I told him it still doesn't have enough water. His coworker then opened a valve on one of the pipes releasing more water out causing more air to get in the pipes and more gurgling in the pipes. The technician told me ""he wasn't qualified enough to fix it but he would have to study up on how to add water"". At that point I wasn't comfortable with him doing the work. They left and I called customer service and asked for my money back and this lady told me that she would only give me a refund for a follow-up service which was $79.00. I payed over $700.00 and it is worse then when they first started. Bottom line, I would never recommend any service done by this company. Very unprofessional.

I had a clogged drain in a bathroom sink and a leak in a pipe under my kitchen sink. Caleb gave me an estimate upfront on the work to be done. He was friendly, polite and professional. Once the work was completed he cleaned the area and even offered to put back all of my supplies that had been stored under the sink. Thanks for a great job Caleb! It is so unfortunate, a new unit was installed at our house 8/20 no one lived in the house, we moved in 3/21 the AC froze, needed Freon, did not leak detect, froze up again, blamed us, froze up again, said they fixed coil, fast forward to now, froze up again, we have a different contractor look into it only to find this company destroyed the coil at the time of installation, they're refusing to fix, NONE OF THIS WOULD HAVE HAPPENED AND BEEN UNDER WARRANTY HAD THEY DONE THEIR DUE DILIGENCE IN 3/21.
