They do not overbid their work; I was completely prepared to replace my furnace, Mike advised me that it was not necessary and had it running great in no time. Very impressed by this company! I don't even want to go into the trouble this company caused fire me, my husband and my renter. I will tell you they did wait for this company to show for two hours, only to find out that the guy that runs this ch company failed to tell his partner to show up
After a long time with his wife on the phone, I decided to give them the beifit of dobt, and asked his partner to show up the next day. Long story short he cheated me out of eight dollars! I needed the inspection paper from him for the city. So I let him have the extra eight. I fiquered I would talk to the clown that runs this so called company. Had them install a furnace in January and paid extra for it to be permitted. They said theyd call us to schedule an appointment for the permit. They never called. Ive tried contacting them numerous times. When i did get a pickup, they said theyd call back. They never called back. Other times, itd go straight to voicemail. I left numerous messages asking for a call back. Never a call back. Spoke to the owner last week and he said hed come by the following week to check his mens work before pulling a permit. He was very rude on the phone. He never called or showed at all. Im now trying to go straight to the city to get this straightened out. Im beyond fed up because its now the end of May, and im still trying to get a darn permit that i paid for in January! Please dont use this company, they only care about your money and not about customer service!

I made an appointment twice with this company to fix a leaky faucet. Both times they were no shows. I called the office and kept getting the run around. Every time I called they said that the plumber would call me back with a specific time that they would arrive but I never got the call. I have never interacted with such an unprofessional company.
