I used them to sealcoat my driveway, it didn't come out good & they agreed to some back & redo the job. made them send me an e mail so I would have it in writing. In 2014, they couldn't come back & over the next few years my e mails were ignored. Asked them to come back in 2018 & they said they would have to charge me full price since it was 5 years. I repeatedly asked them to come back & honor their word, no good. Finally I took them to court, we were told to go outside & see if we could come to an agreement, I was willing but woman who was there said no. I even proposed they come to my house , I will pay them $150 & they seal & fix some cracks. She said no, I asked her why she wouldn't meet me halfway & she told me she was confident she would win, WELL she didn't. I won the judgement. That was back in January. Today is May 1st & I haven't seen a nickel & this honorable company is basically telling me to go screw myself, they ain't paying. Well I got a few tricks up my sleeve too Quality Blacktop & I ain't going nowhere til I get my money.
DON'T USE THESE CROOKS, STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN, there are to many other reputable companies out there.

I went to visit a friend but couldn't park in her driveway because Quality Blacktop left her a BIG HUMP that would damage my car if I park. She told me that their managers didn't respond when she contacted them for help. If I can park in the future I will update this review but right now I can say this company doesn't stand by their work or care about the customers they hurt. They promise but they offer ZERO customer service. You have been warned!

Quality Blacktop Services seal coated my driveway today and did a beautiful job. I called in the morning to see what time they would be here and was told mid to late afternoon and they arrived at 3:30. Two professional and polite men, cleaned and sealed the driveway and did a perfect job. In past years, I have always done the driveway myself but not any more. I will be using Quality Blacktop Services. Thank you for a job well done.

No rating cause they didn't do my driveway. They told me they would come early afternoon. I took a half day at work and waited from noon to 5:00 and called them. They said I was next in line. At 6:45 I called them and of course could only leave a message so I then cancelled the job. At 6:55 the truck pulled up and I told them I cancelled. Not to bother. I should have read the horrible reviews before contacting them. Never again. Had to give it a star otherwise I couldn't leave a review.

I wish I could tell you about their workmanship but they didn't even bother to show up! lol Talk about a company with no regard for your time. No phone calls,no emails ,no text messages nothing! When I called the office got the usual song and dance, ""you're on the schedule and they are running behind."" What a joke. This after they told me they be here one day (over a weeks notices) to repair some cracks. I read a review before writing this and this seems to be there m/o. Save yourself some time and aggravation people, move on and find another company. Unless you enjoy being stood up!

I wish that they had not shown up. The asphalt job was poorly done, with visible seams and now sizable cracks. Two years old and it already looks worse than the 30 year old asphalt they replaced.

Let me first start by saying I read these reviews before hiring anyone to do work. I always take the negative with a grain of salt because let's face it you can't please everyone and some people are difficult. I CAN SAY WITHOUT A DOUBT DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They seal coated my driveway in June did a great job and was very happy so I decided to use them to expand my driveway. I got an estimate 6/29 and
Scheduled install for today 7/27. I called today at 9am and spoke to Ann who sounded surprised I was calling to find out what time they would start work today. She said she would call me back. When she did call back
she said they couldn't come today because they got stuck on another job.(sounds to me like they never had any intention of coming and forgot about my job). I explain to her how upset I am that they not only didn't call me to tell me they weren't coming but didn't even give me a date when they would be coming. I also explained I took off from work for this. I asked when they would be able to come she said she didn't do the schedule and didn't know. I asked to have the owner call me or I would have to go with a new compant . I asked that he have a new new install date when he called. Ann called me back (NOT THE OWNER) and told me the owner is sorry they didn't come and understands if I want to go with another company and that they have no new install date. I asked when would he know when he could get me on the schedule and she said he doesn't know and they understand if I go with another company. I informed her to tell the owner STEVE to look for this review. So thank you STEVE for not only making me miss a day of work but not having the courtesy to call me YOURSELF and instead making your secretary do your dirty work. DO NOT USE THIS unprofessional COMPANY. I waited over a month and now I have to start all over again and hire a new company.
