My daughter needed a new water heater and I called several other plumbers and Lowes. Quality 1st had the lowest price and they came out within an hour and installed in no time. Great job... fast service... I highly recommend them!!

Bad Experience with them.I had a water leak outside my mobile home. I needed a 1/2 """" copper water line replaced (about 15 foot) from one shut off valve to another. The job was very easy to access because I did all of the prep work. I called Quality First Plumbing and talked to a very nice woman and told her that I need an estimate and a plumbing repair. She then gave me a cell phone # of who I assumed was one of the plumbers. I called him and in a few hours, he came out to my place. He took a few pictures of the potential job and said that he will give the pics to his boss and get me an estimate. I never heard from him or Quality 1st Plumbing Again! That is cold, calloused, and very unprofessional. Going without water is awful and they could care-a-less. If I wanted a photographer I would have called one. I needed a reliable plumber and got nothing but disrespect and indifference. Please beware before you decide to trust these people.

Needed a plumber in the worst way today. It's Sunday Fourth of July weekend and no one would respond to our calls except for Quality 1st Plumbing. Came over dug down opened up Septic and found our clog. Very professional, courteous, and cost seemed reasonable considering the date and time. Thank you Quality 1st!!!!

Called David on Friday, Sept. 27th about a leaking outdoor faucet. I can use the faucet with a hose but it leaks from the main connection and continues to leak when the the unit is turned off. But since it wasn't urgent, I told him the following week would be fine for the repair, as he suggested. He said he'd be here one afternoon between 9/30 - 10/5 and he'd call before his arrival. Mid-week I called the office and the receptionist gave me David's cell number. There was no answer but I did leave a message. The next day, I called again and left another message. No response and no repair. I'm particularly disappointed because David came recommended by my handyman who couldn't handle a job of this type.
