This is my second review, 5 years after posting 5 star review of Sky.
I had an emergency situation back in October 2022 and Sky was booked up for a week so I went with local plumber, who worked hard but not smart. Local plumber was outrageously expensive because we paid for his not-smart actions ( needlessly digging in yard to find pipes). Hindsight is 20/20 and we should have waited for Sky, who recently came and found where sewage pipes were ( he has latest, modern hardware) and cleaned them out.
I don't always give stellar reviews if you check out my various opinions, but Sky is indeed is a knowledgeable, professional and highly recommended plumber who's fair priced.

Best plumber I ever had. We replaced an outdoor backflow preventer, and arrange a time and date - explained with pictures over sms on the exact problem, and the part that needed to get replaced. He warned ahead of time that those parts would be expensive and gave an estimate as we confirmed the time and date. Arrive at the time, and as expected the job was medium size, took most of the day, and the job got done and to the estimate - very nice and friendly folks who knows their business. I can highly recommend,

Responded quickly and politely to my initial call for service. Showed up as scheduled between the time range I was given. Promptly repaired our shower for a very reasonable cost. We'll have him back after the covid thing wanes for another shower job. Highly recommend Sky.

Skyler was quick to take my call. Immediately set proper expectations for communications on when he would get back to me to confirm times as he was headed to dentist. Arrived the next day and probably would have done same day if I asked. Skyler was very nice, and helped me understand at length what the problem was. His time was much appreciated. I had a broken pipe in my slab floor with the resultant flooding! After talking to several plumbers, getting their fluctuating recommendations, quotes, and times they could do the work - days later, (when I had already been sitting with no water for several days,) we found the Quality 1st Plumbers. Sky quickly made good suggestions and quickly had my cold water running with no flooding, and plans to finish off the job the most efficient and economic way, with the least damage to my house. Two days later, Nathan had the job finished and I am so happy and relieved! I am so pleased with these young men. They deserve the name of their business. I can't recommend them too highly.

I highly recommend Quality 1st Plumbing and Drains. Sky responded to my call very quickly, and was able to schedule an employee to help us. My father had a new washing machine delivered to his home; however, it could not be installed because the plumbing valves were frozen and needed replacement, along with the hoses. I'm sorry I forgot to record the employee's name; he was very prompt and professional, installing high-quality quarter-turn gate valves and new hoses. He even offered to haul away the old machine. The rate charged was extremely reasonable. We really appreciate the excellent and timely service from Quality 1st.
