I had a broken pipe in my slab floor with the resultant flooding! After talking to several plumbers, getting their fluctuating recommendations, quotes, and times they could do the work - days later, (when I had already been sitting with no water for several days,) we found the Quality 1st Plumbers. Sky quickly made good suggestions and quickly had my cold water running with no flooding, and plans to finish off the job the most efficient and economic way, with the least damage to my house. Two days later, Nathan had the job finished and I am so happy and relieved! I am so pleased with these young men. They deserve the name of their business. I can't recommend them too highly.

I highly recommend Quality 1st Plumbing and Drains. Sky responded to my call very quickly, and was able to schedule an employee to help us. My father had a new washing machine delivered to his home; however, it could not be installed because the plumbing valves were frozen and needed replacement, along with the hoses. I'm sorry I forgot to record the employee's name; he was very prompt and professional, installing high-quality quarter-turn gate valves and new hoses. He even offered to haul away the old machine. The rate charged was extremely reasonable. We really appreciate the excellent and timely service from Quality 1st.

I'm very impressed with the service provided by Sky and Wes. They arrived within the scheduled time period, were polite and personable, and performed the task requested (replacement of both washing machine taps) so quickly that I didn't realize immediately that they were done. The price for the work was extremely reasonable.
I've had a few challenges in the past when dealing with plumbers who were competent but not always cooperative, and I will no longer have that problem, as I'll be calling Quality 1st!

I can't say enough about Sky and Quality 1st. He has been 100% reliable and personable, with a quality, conscientious workproduct. He first came to do a simple job to reset toilets and used different color caulk on each so it would look right with the various tile (without being asked!). He came promptly within the time zone promised on a weekend to fix my DIY screw-up. His rates are also very reasonable. No need to shop around, I can't recommend him enough!
