Great great customer service and every person that I have interacted with in the company is super nice and friendly. Contacted company last night and they were able to come out early this morning to fix my faucet issue. I'm really amazed with their work. Good people and service. Quick and very responsive. I had a few different plumbing issues in my office - my Unit shut off valve was rusted out, one of the sinks angles were leaking and the sink had a drip. I contacted them per the recommendation of my property management company. They came out to inspect what needed to be done, did the work fast and coordinated with my property management company with the timing. I was happy with the service, estimate and the fast response. Highly recommend.

Had an emergency plumbing (sewer line plugged up and shower and toilet water backed up) need on a Friday morning (can't imagine being stuck with this problem over the weekend). Called Qualified at 8AM and asked for emergency help. Luis was at our door at 10AM. He snaked our line and cleared the stoppage. But while he was here he made sure all of the lines were clear and flowing before left. Then on Monday morning, the toilet in the main bathroom bubbled up with the shower running. No sewage but still a little nervous after the Friday morning experience. I called Qualified again and Luis was here in the afternoon and he double checked all of the lines, flushed the toilet and ran the shower to get it to bubble again, it did not. So after about 1/2 to 3/4 hour and multiple flushing and shower running we concluded all was well.

Now, the great part for Qualified Plumbing. Their receipt says 30day warranty. I was not charged anything for the followup call. This company stands by its warranty. AND, Luis is very pleasant and easy to talk to very thorough. This is why I am taking this time to write this review which I do not do very often. They deserve the 5 stars!!!

I had a great experience with Qualified Plumbers Services when I had messed up my kitchen sink & pipes by putting too much stuff down my garbage disposal. They were able to give me an appointment for the following morning. When I called them back a few hours later after having thought it was a good idea to run my laundry (flooding my garage), they were very understanding & efficient and were able to send someone a few hours later. All the communications were very professional and prompt - from the owner, Ovidio, to Gonzalo who kept me appraised both via text and phone about when he could get a plumber out and that he was on his way. And, the plumber that came out did an excellent job fixing my issue efficiently, and he kept everything clean and was very friendly and professional.

I've had several issues and always been impressed by their expertise and affordability.
Recently, they sent someone the next day from my call, avoiding a weekend rate. He had to spend a longer time than anticipated to resolve the issue, also to scramble up and down my steep slope and yet charged me a low flat rate!

Professional, Qualified Service by Toto and team when I called for my Boss to have his water heater replaced in Castro Valley due to a leak. They came out the same day and took care of the problem without hesitation. Have them in my phone now for future calls since manage rental properties in San Leandro, Castro Valley. This company is "" one of a kind"". Your phone calls are returned and service provided expeditiously. All staff knowledgeable, professional, respectful and definitely customer service oriented. I have worked with this company many times as a board member on an HOA and now for a personal plumbing issue. You will not be disappointed and very happy if you use this company for any plumbing issues.

My landlord called these guys for us. Rafael was totally professional, put shoe covers on without us asking (white carpet!), fixed the problem in no time, explained what he did, and cleaned up after. I am very happy with them.

Qualified Plumbers Services rocks! They are professionals in every sense of the word. They arrived when they said they were going to be here. In fact he ( Rafael) was a little bit early which was different from most service agents I have dealt with in the past.
When he was finished with de-clogging my washing machine line, he took the time to explain what he did and showed me the lint and gunk he got out of there.
On top of that, I found the charge to be very affordable!

I will diffidently refer this company should anyone ask me about a great plumbing service!
