So my husband and I were sick. We shoved too much Kleenex down the toliet. We ended up with a backup into the sewer line.

Toto came recommended to us by a friend of ours. I called on Saturday morning right when they opened and someone was at our door at 10am. They had promised between 11-12.

We tried to run a bladder. No luck. It needed a snake.

Luis came by and ran a snake. He also told us that the main outtake by the street had some rust. So instead he used the clean out drain to clean everything. He was done in less than an hour. We flushed the toliet a bunch and ran some water to make sure the sewer line back up was cleared out

I am super satisfied. And I thought the pricing was extremely fair for a Saturday morning call.

Both of our office toilets were clogged this morning, and we needed a fix fast. Qualified Plumbers moved their morning around to accommodate us, and fixed both toilets much faster than expected. Great great customer service and every person that I have interacted with in the company is super nice and friendly. Contacted company last night and they were able to come out early this morning to fix my faucet issue. I'm really amazed with their work. Good people and service. Quick and very responsive. I had a few different plumbing issues in my office - my Unit shut off valve was rusted out, one of the sinks angles were leaking and the sink had a drip. I contacted them per the recommendation of my property management company. They came out to inspect what needed to be done, did the work fast and coordinated with my property management company with the timing. I was happy with the service, estimate and the fast response. Highly recommend.

Had an emergency plumbing (sewer line plugged up and shower and toilet water backed up) need on a Friday morning (can't imagine being stuck with this problem over the weekend). Called Qualified at 8AM and asked for emergency help. Luis was at our door at 10AM. He snaked our line and cleared the stoppage. But while he was here he made sure all of the lines were clear and flowing before left. Then on Monday morning, the toilet in the main bathroom bubbled up with the shower running. No sewage but still a little nervous after the Friday morning experience. I called Qualified again and Luis was here in the afternoon and he double checked all of the lines, flushed the toilet and ran the shower to get it to bubble again, it did not. So after about 1/2 to 3/4 hour and multiple flushing and shower running we concluded all was well.

Now, the great part for Qualified Plumbing. Their receipt says 30day warranty. I was not charged anything for the followup call. This company stands by its warranty. AND, Luis is very pleasant and easy to talk to very thorough. This is why I am taking this time to write this review which I do not do very often. They deserve the 5 stars!!!

I had a great experience with Qualified Plumbers Services when I had messed up my kitchen sink & pipes by putting too much stuff down my garbage disposal. They were able to give me an appointment for the following morning. When I called them back a few hours later after having thought it was a good idea to run my laundry (flooding my garage), they were very understanding & efficient and were able to send someone a few hours later. All the communications were very professional and prompt - from the owner, Ovidio, to Gonzalo who kept me appraised both via text and phone about when he could get a plumber out and that he was on his way. And, the plumber that came out did an excellent job fixing my issue efficiently, and he kept everything clean and was very friendly and professional.
