So glad I called Quality Plumbing! I was given a 2 1/2 hr range of time they would be here and they were. Did a great job of unclogging my kitchen drain (that had a long run to the other side of my house). They cleaned everything up, were very courteous and professional.

Quality Plumbing & Sewer Cleaning has been out to my house twice in the past year. Today, I woke up to a dead hot water tank. . . on a Saturday. . . with an epic ice storm due to hit this afternoon. My dad called and left a message. Russ was at my house within a few hours and I'm thrilled to report I have a shiny new hot water tank up and running! Russ is professional, knowledgable, reasonably-priced and very conscientious. Highly, highly, highly recommend!

We own a rental property in downtown Niagara Falls. After reaching out to approximately 5 plumbers I received 3 no call backs, 1 refusal to come to NF, and 1 plumber made us an appointment but pulled a no call/no show. I then called Quality at the suggestion of a friend. It was after 7pm so I had to leave a message.
The next morning I received a call back from a very polite young lady who took my information & set up a Saturday morning appointment. As I live a bit away I asked her to please call me before their staff was leaving so I could meet them there without having to wait. They did just that.
I met with Russ, the owner, at exactly when he said he'd be there. Russ was polite, courteous, and obviously knowledgeable. He performed the repair & charged me a very fair price of under $70. I am so impressed that I've asked for & received another appointment to have them make repairs at our new home. If you're looking for a no nonsense plumber who'll show up, do quality work, and clean out your pipes but not your wallet, this is your guy.
