I have a Rianni tankless water heater installed in our newly remodeled home last July (2017) that the recirculation pump has never worked. I had several plumbers try working the recirc system without success.
The last plumber recommended Quail because they are certified Rianni
installers.
Jeremiah discovered the problem & when he came back with Ben with a new part everything now works. If you have a Rianni unit I would recommend without hesitation. It took 4 plumbers before Quail solved the problem.
Also, he showed up when scheduled!

Plumber bailed out on me on last minute and didn't have the courtesy to call me and cancel for whatever reason. He didn't sound too confident to hook up my water softener. He said he has done it many times with many satisfied customers, and we agreed on price. Then he decided to bail out without calling me a week later. How rude and professional! Since he is incompetent, I would not recommend him!

Have used Quail Plumbing for many years. Lately I have asked for Mike as he does an outstanding job. He recently replaced a water heater and replaced the seal on a commode when we thought a new one was necessary. Quail is not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Maggie in the front office is terrific and technicians are pleasant and comfortable to have in your home. Would highly recommend.

Buyer beware!!! With all the competition for plumbers.........why risk having them send out an INCOMPETENT plumber that can cause destruction and take NO responsibility.

There's not just 1 mention of their incompetence. DON'T BE THE NEXT TO NEED TO WRITE A REVIEW WARNING CONSUMERS!!

Called after hours for a plugged drain. Another plumber had spent hours trying to remedy the issue without success. Wes called back quickly. He offered a no nonsense solution. He was very honest about the equipment and approximate cost. He arrived, diagnosed quickly, and fixed issue. He spent what I thought was the correct amount of time, just a little over an hour to pull toilet, snake and replace toilet. Had a solid conversation with him about importance of good customer service and he was down the road. Great overall experience. Wes is a credit to his important profession. Thanks.

I had a water softener and several maintenance items done yesterday. Wes, the tech who did the work, was not the one who originally met me and prepared the work order. He wasn't expecting as much work as I had. But he plugged on. Spent over 12 hours and got everything done. Not one complaint from him and he didn't cut any corners even though it was more than a day's work. Now I don't have to take another day off my job. Wes is awesome and I love Quail Plumbing!!

If it was possible to get less than a star I would. Their five star reviews were what l led us to call them and hire them. We paid $800 .. They came out ran a camera down and saw that the tree roots were a problem with the sewer. They used the snake, and wanted to make one more pass to make sure. At that time the snake got stuck. They tried to use a truck to pull it out which obviously made it worse. They refused to come and get their equipment. Wanting us to pay $3,000 for them to dig it out. So I decided to make it my Halloween decoration because it's a true Plumbing Horror Story. See pictures.

This company and their personnel are terrific. Haylee, the office manager could not be more helpful. Jeremiah was assigned to our remodel project and he was able to correct a problem caused by a previous plumber quickly and efficiently. Could not be more pleased with their services. Great.

I was referred to Quail by our normal plumber (who was too busy to get to us in a timely manner). The front office is very customer oriented and personable.

The plumber on the other hand was inefficient, somewhat rude, incompetent, and very messy (leaving bits and pieces and trash lying about).

He was asked to turn the water off at the suite in order to replace a faucet but he turned the water off to the whole building which affected the businesses of the other tenants of the building.

We have specific basket strainers that accommodate hair traps and now one of the hair traps will not work because of the work done on the new basket strainer.

He took 5 hours to replace three basket strainers and a faucet and a p-trap (which he broke) and kept taking cigarette breaks prolonging the job.

Needless to say we will never use Quail again based on this plumbers performance.
