This company and their personnel are terrific. Haylee, the office manager could not be more helpful. Jeremiah was assigned to our remodel project and he was able to correct a problem caused by a previous plumber quickly and efficiently. Could not be more pleased with their services. Great.

I was referred to Quail by our normal plumber (who was too busy to get to us in a timely manner). The front office is very customer oriented and personable.

The plumber on the other hand was inefficient, somewhat rude, incompetent, and very messy (leaving bits and pieces and trash lying about).

He was asked to turn the water off at the suite in order to replace a faucet but he turned the water off to the whole building which affected the businesses of the other tenants of the building.

We have specific basket strainers that accommodate hair traps and now one of the hair traps will not work because of the work done on the new basket strainer.

He took 5 hours to replace three basket strainers and a faucet and a p-trap (which he broke) and kept taking cigarette breaks prolonging the job.

Needless to say we will never use Quail again based on this plumbers performance.

I hired Quail Plumbing to install a new toilet upstairs. I got one of those higher seated ones and never knew how much I would love them until I got one. Quail did an excellent job on the plumbing installation. They were even early! I highly recommend them.

I call these guys after 5 PM late yesterday and they came out the same night to snake my house since I had issues with water coming up from the bottom of my shower. The guy had to come from East Phoenix all the way out to the Northwest Valley to take care of me and my bill was only $200. Can't say enough about how great these guys came through for me at what I feel was a very fair and reasonable price for somebody to come after hours on the same day for emergency service. The tech was very knowledgeable and helpful and Lietz explaining everything to us very thoroughly.

I had a gas leak and the Arizona Gas Authority tuned off my gas at curb. Quail Plumbing was on the job that day, making repairs, getting permits, setting up inspections. It ended up being a big job. There thoroughness was outstanding. Technicians were polite, on time and worked hard. You cannot ask for mor!

We were looking for an installer of the Nortiz tankless water heater where on the Nortiz website the closest vendor listed is Quail Plumbing. I called to get information where the lady at Quail stated they would need to look at the schedule for the tankless water heater expert to come by for a quote. We scheduled for Friday, January 27th. Dave arrived around 4:30pm on the 27th. Dave was extremely anti-tankless water heater telling us all the negatives and the expense compared to a standard tank water heater. Very odd where I'm personally aware of a family member who has had a Nortiz tankless water heater for 10 years with no issues! Dave said he would get back to us no later than the following Tuesday, January 31 due to the holiday on Monday the 30th. Today is February 7 with no communication from Dave or Quail Plumbing! This is horrible customer service where I will apprise Nortiz corporate as they cite Quail on their website. Since I have been dropped by Quail as a potential customer willing to spend $3,000.00 I called BeeBe plumbing who came out 40 mins after my call, gave a me quote that day and scheduled the install! This is proper customer service where I highly recommend Beebe plumbing.

Quail Plumbing is wonderful. The owner came to my house to check out a leak I had, knew right away it was my water heater and I was able to schedule service the next day. I highly recommend Quail because they are honest, dependable, knowledgeable and do quality work. They are not one of the large companies who advertise all the time and charge exorbitant amounts for work - they just let their good work and customer service speak for them!
Heath came to my home and installed my new water heater and was as nice as can be. He worked efficiently and with a smile! Explained everything to me and even asked before he left is there was anything else I needed help with. Actions speak louder than ads!! Love these guys!

I was creating a bathroom out of a large laundry room and needed extensive plumbing in the house and to tie into our septic system outside. I got three quotes and picked Quail Plumbing. The owner himself came out to quote the job. He was professional and knowledgeable AND helpful with some tips on how to make the job better. We received his quote in days. It was mid range, and since I liked the owner I picked them.

Well, his staff was just like him; courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. They started one week later and were on time everyday. The project took one full week and each day I was able to see the great quality of work that had been done. I've had other big jobs done in my house with remodeling and so many times there is a day or two skipped and I would have to call the contractor to know what was going on. Not these guys. Everyday a full crew worked on the project until it was done.

I was very impressed with all aspects of Quail Plumbing, from the initial meeting with the owner, to the work that was done, to the professional staff, and at the end the billing. I highly recommend Quail Plumbing for quality plumbing at a good and fair price.
