My home stopped having water on a Sunday. It took 3 days and a lot of manpower from Quabbin well to locate my well (under an addition put on my home many years before I bought it) and mapped out a way to access it with minimal damage to my home. They wouldn't quit until we were up and running, avoiding the extreme cost of a new well right before the holidays. They were professional, empathetic, and diligent in their repair of my well and converted us to a submergible pump so we wouldn't have to access the well again for a long time (although now we know where it is and they made it accessible for others moving forward). I literally cannot thank them enough!

Quabbin Well was very responsive from the time of my phone call to the time they arrived. Nate was my technician and he explained the reason why my well pump was leaking, continually turning on and off and building up pressure. My Wellmate Tank was replaced the same day with a Flex-Lite Tank and new piping hardware. Nate was efficient and knowledgeable, and the whole process took only two hours, including cleanup. I highly recommend Quabbin Well and Pump Service, and especially Nate, for your needs.

Working with Scott and his crew was an absolute pleasure. Scott was available to us when we called or emailed. We needed a well filtration system installed for the sale of our home. We had a great experience with this company! My husband and I used them to test our water when buying our home and then used them to fix the water pressure when we moved in. Fixing our problem wasn't easy, but they were able to figure it out!

Just a note- people need to remember, with these types of companies, people are on the road a lot and they're dealing with many people who all claim to have an emergency, so we have to give slack when waiting for a call back.
