Many issues. Workmanship ok. Had issues on beginning with valid permit via DPS. QSP corrected this issue, but was not up front about it. I have to inquire with DPS reviewer, which I was not made aware of. Work by employees was ok, not as expected as owner stated, messy workmanship, forgot to put in drain overflow for 2nd floor washer dryer. Employee work was ok when not supervised, but much better when working for owner. Also, found out employee was taking jobs on side in neighborhood. Didn't seem like owner knew. Sub par job on reconnecting radiators in master bathroom. See pic. At this point I just wanted them done and gone. Owner would be best to get new staff and be present on all jobs.

I was towards the end of my bathroom remodel when I called QSP. I had another plumber relocate the hot/cold pipes from the floor to the wall for my new vanity. However he didn't measure the vanity opening correctly, the drain pipe wasn't high enough to fit.

I contacted QSP to fix the issue. Kris came out the very next day, moved the drain pipe, and extended and welded the copper hot/cold pipes (previous plumber used sharkbites and Kris didn't recommend them). He worked quickly and cleaned up after himself. He also connected me with a drywall repair person. Overall I was very happy with the work and price.

Lucky to get a star. My general contractor used this guy to install the water heater. As you can see by the heating coils, they must haves burned out one and replaced it, but both ended up burning out, as you can tell by looking at them... these have only been used for a month. The water heater was missing parts on top, showing that he clearly didn't follow code or care about his work.
