Benjamin was very professional and knowledgeable. Tankless water heater isolation valve snapped and Ben made a temporary fix until the next morning. Showed up when Ben said he would and got the job done. Cleaned up nicely and tankless water is all fixed like new.

I used my home warranty through American Home Shield and a lot of their contractors have been terrible but this one was by far the best. Btw if u use AHS make sure you call them and approve the contractor by checking their ratings; you will save yourself a massive headache and time.

Benjamin came out to look at our tankless water heater, covered under warranty. The first time he came out, he noticed the old unit and suggested a few things to service it. We ended up doing the service and it still didn't work. We reopened the service request with the warranty company and he came out again to look at it. We ended up replacing the entire unit and brought everything up to code. Warranty covered 62% of the job, he was able to do the job the next day. He was very honest, very knowledgeable in his field and I wouldn't hesitate recommending his company.

Communication was great. Showed up when he said he would and finished the job in a good amount of time.

I can't say enough good things about this company and Benjamin, the owner. He came out to my house from American Home Shield because I requested a second opinion. I had a feeling the first guy was not being honest with us. The first plumber not only said the work we needed done was not covered by AHS but also that he had to call ""his guys"" to come out to provide services to dry out our walls and that company would work with our homeowners insurance. The whole thing felt like a scam. Sure enough we were right. Benjamin was honest and completely fixed our problem without any issues and the whole thing was covered by AHS. It's so refreshing to know that there are still good people in this world. When in doubt...get a second opinion!!

They misdiagnosed the problem and suggested replacing the faucet (which he did and I paid for it). Turns out replacement of the faucet was not necessary and the leakage still exists. Now, I have to call another plumber to actually fix the issue. Also, very bad attitude. There are much better choices out there. My recommendation is to avoid ""QRF plumbing""

Benjamin came out after I was having a myriad of kitchen sink issues. He was very professional and quoted me for a garbage disposal/sink replacement 1/2 the price of what a different plumber quoted me! Very straight forward and confirmed prices with me before the work, with the prices being Job based vice an hourly rate. Great American company.

Benjamin with QRF came out to my house to clear out main line issue, not only was he not able to complete the job but he also likely made the main line worse. To top it off I had a different plumber come out the next day with the same equipment and complete the job. When Benjamin arrived he was taking client calls the entire time and was not focused on the job at hand. I will definitely not be working with QRF in the future.
