Benjamin was amazing!!!! He saw the issues with my toilet, showed me the problem and had it fixed very quickly. Our home warranty company dispatched QRF Plumbing out to take care of our broken water heater. Benjamin came out quickly, diagnosed the problem and was very knowledgeable about our situation. He communicated well with the warranty company and arranged for the replacement. Within just a couple days, he was back with the highest quality water heater and parts to do the installation. He worked quickly with meticulous craftsmanship and brought everything up to current code specifications. He left the work area clean and our new water heater is working amazingly with greatly improved efficiency.

Horrible experience! QRF was sent out from our Home Protection Plan company when we reported a leak in our bathroom. The water was coming out from the wall and under the bathtub when the shower was turned on. Benjamin replaced the cartridge in the lower valve & said the repair was completed. We asked him to run the shower & not just the bath since that is when it previously leaked. He did that and the water leaked again. He then looked at the valve & said it wasn't installed correctly.We had some construction going on in another part of the house, and the contractor had told us he detected water in the wall behind the shower. When I told this to Benjamin he said the contractor was just trying to get money from us. He wrote up an estimate to enlarge the opening in the tile, replace the valve & modify pipes. The total bid was for $1,1082. He said the shower head, valve, valve cover & tub piece all needed to be replaced. We thought this sounded expensive & didn't understand why all the components besides the valve would need replacement, so we decided to pay a plumber on our own to look at it. The plumber determined immediately that the valve was not the issue since the leak only occurred when the shower was on. He cut through the drywall on the other side of the shower and found a leak in the pipe between the shower head & valve. We ended up having water damage in the walls and flooring. Not only did Benjamin not diagnose the problem correctly, he tried to sell us an expensive ""fix"" that would have not solved the problem and not found the damage being done.

I had a water heater leaking and Benjamin came over, evaluated the problem, ordered the new tank, installed it, brought me up to code to prevent any future water damage, educated me and when he left everything was fully functioning and clean!
