Benjamin, the owner/plumber from QRF Plumbing, provided quick and easy replacement of a faulty bathroom faucet. This is impressive in itself, but given that a home warranty was also involved, even more impressive. Benjamin asked me to send him photos of the faucet so that he could bring a replacement in case the broken handle was un-fixable. Sure enough it was, so he replaced it, along with the shutoff valve that broke upon closing (I don't think it had been closed in years). He obtained immediate authorization from the warranty company, and we're back in business with only owing the deductible. He also gave me advice on how to fix another plumbing fixture that could be fixed myself with the right part, no charge. I will definitely use QRF again, for warranty repairs or anything else. He is pleasant, honest, and very professional, this is a happy customer!

Was assigned QRF plumbing from American Homeshield. Usually American Homeshield does not refer to good plumbers. So I was nervous. But QRF Plumbing was an exception. Benjamin from QRF called me within few hours of my service request. I had 2 issues - shower area drain issue and water expansion tank replacement due to leak and rust. He was clear in his communication, inquired about the issues and asked for pictures of the expansion tank so he can bring the right equipment. He gave me a time for the next day. Benjamin showed up on time. Shower issue was resolved using snake. He explained everything in the process and showed how he was doing it. Expansion tank needed preauthorization from AHS which he did in parallel while he worked on the shower issue, so he didn't waste any time. He also changed the expansion tank explaining every step what he was doing and also cleaned out the rust and cleaned up the surrounding areas and walls. There were no marks on the walls or no dirty water left behind. Everything was done within an hour and a half and he tested everything in front of me. I was very impressed with Benjamin's work and all the while he was very respectful, had a very positive attitude. Benjamin is also transparent with his work. What I appreciated the most was that he explained everything in detail, why he was doing it and answered all my questions and I had many.
I most definitely recommend Benjamin for your plumbing work. I hope American Homeshield takes note and refers him for all the plumbing service requests in San Diego area.

Benjamin was sent to our house by our warranty company. When he was at our house to repair under the kitchen sink he seemed knowledgeable and professional. The next day I found out that the problem has not been resolved and we were back in the same situation that we were before. I called him and he was very rude and accusatory of me. We will never use him again!
