I reached out to Oscar at QP Plumbing in an emergency because my washer was being delivered today, but the delivery guy said my water valve box was too old and needed to be replaced first in order to install. Oscar responded right away and helped us replace our washing machine laundry outlet box swiftly. So swiftly that I was able to ask the delivery guy to return same day and install my washer. We were so amazed and grateful. He was very professional and in addition they also helped wiped any excess water and vacuum the area. I appreciate how responsive, reliable and fast Oscar is. We will be reaching out to Oscar in the future for any of our plumbing needs and refer him to friends and family.

Called early in the morning and Oscar picked up. Explained how the water pipe between the house and the street had a leak as my front lawn was turning into a swamp. He had a job in the morning, but Osacr stopped by to turn the water off. He was able to come back and fix my pipe the same day. He quoted a fair price and kept his word. Oscar came to replace the kitchen sink trap. The pipe was leaking and he came to the appointment on time. I thought it would be difficult because it was an old pipe. After meeting him, he needed a part and was back and completed the replacement in a small amount of time. I would call him again.

We needed a pressure valve installed for water coming in from the water company. Was very high and causing noises in the house. We got a quote for just that and also for replacing the old pipe from the street and going copper. Since we already replaced pretty much everything in the house, we went with the extended project and replace all the way to the meter. They also put in separate shutoff for the sprinkler system - nice addition.

Everything was done as scheduled and on time - and all cleaned up when they were done.

The price was good, work was excellent, and the people were professional, polite and friendly. People are important. Would definitely recommend using them. We will if we have other plumbing issues.
