There was a plumbing emergency in a rental property that I own. I called Quincy and he said he'd be there that evening. The tenants though panicked and said I should hire a professional like Rotorooter. I told them that he is a professional but they called Rotorooter. Rotorooter came and told me sadly on the phone that in order to solve the problem they would have to get a team over the next day to excavate and the cost would be $7,500. Until then they said no one could use the bathrooms or kitchen. After Rotorooter left I asked Quincy to try and solve the problem and he did that evening for 1/10th of the price . No excavating required. There is only one problem with Mr. Quincy. He is too popular. His phone messages are full and it's hard to leave him a message. He needs to clear his messages more often.
