Problem with starting home AC in 5/24. Chuck responded about 3 PM. Finally left about 6. The AC would start and run but he said,""I don't know what was wrong."" His bill $954. Replaced 3 parts. At least 2 were unnecessary. Retail price of the parts $122.43 (Grainger). His charge for parts $338 for labor $488.75 plus $65 service.

It's 9/4 24. The HVAC is down again. These are just the facts.

The technician was professional, on-time and did great work. We had multiple ceiling fans installed and the invoice was reasonably priced. I'm very impressed with QCA Electric and this will be my new go to for any future needs. I highly recommend this company. Excellent job!

Helpful over the phone, but 'wrote the wrong date down, and didn't show up as agreed upon. When he finally did call back, on the evening of the appointment, he said he'd be sure to call and fix my outlet after the weekend. Never called Never showed. The only reason he earned two stars is he answered the phone at 7:00am and talked me through getting my power back on. Bad for business when you drop the ball TWICE!

We were very happy with the electrical work that Chuck did. We needed an additional circuit added to our basement wiring for our sump pump, along with a couple of other items. The quoted price was reasonable, and the work was done quickly nd neatly. We would call on QCA Electric again should we ever have another need.

I highly recommend QCA Electric! We had a long list of items to be accomplished, and the owner quickly took care of all of them and then some! He definitely went above and beyond, and provided excellent service. He presented different options, and offered suggestions and recommendations, to make sure we would be happy with our lighting choices. We recently hired QCA Electric to do electrical work in our 1920's home.I normally don't ""do"" reviews but so impressed with them in comparison to the previous electricians we have used over the years, that I wanted to recognize a job well done with 5 stars. QCA Electric was very accommodating to our schedule. More importantly, they were super knowledgeable and resolved our problems quickly and proficiently. We knew we had several days worth of work that needed to be done and it was accomplished in a professional manner and the bill was very reasonable. It's a great feeling to know we've found an electrician that we can rely on who is dependable, knowledgeable and has integrity. Yay!

I had QCA Electric at my home this morning. They showed up on time with all the tools and supplies needed to do the job. After determining what needed to be done with the job at hand, with my permission they asked to check out some other potential issues. What they found was frightening. Bare, burnt wires in a junction box that was inactive. Had that breaker been turned on, who knows what might have transpired. The work done on my home was professional, and done in a timely manner. If you need an electrician, do yourself a favor and call QCA Electric. You will not be sorry

Was as good as it gets! Had an emergency and a neighbor recommended QCA Electric. Called late Friday and they came on Saturday morning to assess damage and ensure the property was safe. We set up an appointment to fix damaged areas (there were several) Representatives were extremely thorough and efficient; they uncovered and were able to fix issues the restoration company and the insurance inspector missed. I was extremely satisfied with all aspect of our interaction and have since recommended them to another neighbor that was looking for an Electrician.

If you are thinking about calling them be prepared for highway robbery. The service person was knowledgeable and put our minds to ease about the problem...that we should of fixed on our own. The work wasn't worth $145.50! The only thing that he repaired was an outlet. The parts cost $3.00. When I asked him why the bill was so high, he replied that the owner needed to pay his union dues and benefits. He tried to make us feel like we got a bargain because ""Other people charge more"". Call around and find someone more reasonable unless you like to waste your hard earned money on a greedy business.
