Python's $4800 fix in late February 2019 did not fix a thing, same problems as before, even with the new PVC pipes. Very dissatisfied. I would give zero stars if I could. Beware!

Extremely rude. Never came to service my issue. Talked to me in a way like I was asking for a favor instead of paying for a service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Plenty of plumbers in town. Customer Service is the only thing that separates the good from the bad. Seek help elsewhere.

I have used Bob and Python twice for our residential plumbing needs and have been thrilled both times. He is timely, prices are reasonable and his knowledge is second to none.
We have a quirky older Pittsburgh home built in the 1920s, and he has helped us to understand the various workarounds that previous owners have done to make the best decisions as we update.

One more thing: I was honestly thrown off by the company name, ""Snaking"" thinking it was only a commercial company. However, a friend recommended him after he did some work on her home, and I am eternally grateful that she did.

I have been using Python since I bought my house 11 years ago. Bob has always been wonderful to work with. He is always on time, fast, and does great work. His pricing is the fairest I have encountered. I cannot recommend Python Snaking Plus highly enough. A bonus: he always cleans up after his work better than I could myself!
