I needed a water heater installed. I placed a request through Yelp and they responded. They came out, did the work quickly and on time, and explained everything they were doing (I get curious). They did everything to code (water heaters get an inspection afterwards) and I was pleased with the work. They were very professional and easy to work with. I will be using them again for any plumbing work.

Matt came out to my house and was able to send out a plumber the next day. They changed my old 2 handle shower to a new single handle valve using a remodel plate and it has made a world of difference. Looks great too. While they were here they were able to install a new pedestal sink and faucet. Plumber was clean and professional. In and out same day. I would definitely use Python Plumbing again.

Contracted Python to replace old shower fixtures. I was told to expect the plumber to arrive between 7 and 8:30 on a Monday morning. He arrived at 9:30. After looking over the job he said he would need to take the escutcheon plate with him to the plumbing supply store to see if it would work with a remodel plate. Approximately 15 minutes after he left, the office called me and said the plumber had an emergency arise with his son and she wasn't sure if he could return the same day. I didn't here from her by later that day so I called her. She told me the soonest she could have him return was the coming Thursday. 3 days later. Long story short. It took 3 visits to get the job done and now I have a shower faucet handle which sticks out from the escutcheon plate about an inch farther than it should and was told that's the way they all are, which they are not. I also paid $100.00 to have a new toilet installed. It turned out crooked. He also punched a hole in the wall behind the shower valve while he was trying to decide wether or not to use a remodeling plate or not. I am now repairing my wall. I would not use them again.
