Just wanted to put a shout out to Python Plumbing in Calimesa. Woke up yesterday morning to no hot water. Piolet light wouldn't stay lit on water heater. The 1st local ac company I called couldn't come out until next week but they recommend Python. Called them & they were able to come out within a couple hours. I was amazed. He did a great job & gave me some good tips & advice. Would definately use them again.

Epic fail!!! i call them on a Thursday to set up an appointment for Friday they gave me a window time of 10am -12pm. at 1230 i had to call them to see if the were coming the guy on the one said oh he should already be there ill call u back he calls back and the plumber has run over on the job infront of us ok no problem understandable so 230pm rolls around we call again guy says he's on his way to ur house so at 317pm plumber shows up walks in to our house he takes one look at my hot water handle for the tub and says he can't fix it it cuz its a standard part and there's no way to no wat size it is then he looks at my tub for the clog runs a snake for two mins and tells us its something caught in the trap and he can't fix that charges us $40 and leaves. I was so frustrated i called the office back and he says well ur lucky we usually charge $75 to come out. what really bothered me about this whole wasted day was Wen i called on Thursday he said to fix the handle it would be between 150 &250 depending on the size of the handle and his plumber didn't even try.it was a waste of my day the problem never got fixed and it cost me 40 i will never call them for help with anything ever again.

Called Larry yesterday in a panic. Dirt had gotten into our water lines and plugged them up completely. He was very quick to assess and fix the problem. Thank you again for your quick response.

We called Python to have a faucet changed in our bathtub.
We were surprised that they sent two men to change a faucet.

They spent 1hr and 1\2 at our house , no problems , they put the faucet in.
than we got the bill $ 450.00, they charged us for TWO men's labour, while one watched. I don't know if they were father and son or what.

But we forgot to ask for an estimate, if you use these guys be sure you get an estimate up front in writing.

I think 450.00 is extremly over priced. we are still in shock, if we had known it would cost that much we would'nt have had the faucet changed.

With ANY business, Always get an estimate up front, No surprises

Larry and his son are always so polite and knowledgable. We've used them twice and both times had a positive experience. They are honest and hard-working. I highly recommend them. You won't go wrong with Python Plumbing.
