Please be sure you get all the confirmation of insurance from any contractor. My Condo Association requires of insurance, need to see Condo Association at the bottom of the certificate for hold harmless agreement. They used excuses that their insurance agent is not local. As we all know, when you pay for your car and home owners insurance, you get a package showing all details of coverage. All contractors should easily and readily supply you a copy. If they make excuse after excuse, they must not be covered. I wasn't thinking when I gave a $125.00 deposit. I never got the money back, for job not completed. Be very careful!!! These guys rock if you need any drains of any kind cleared. Give them a shot- even available for emergencies when we get big rainfalls in nyc.

I called Python Drain Cleaning with an emergency leak. Spoke to Jasmin and was told someone would be coming. After waiting, I called back twice, and was assured each time by Jasmin that someone would be coming 'for sure today.' After two hours, I called again, got an answering machine, left a message, and never heard from them again. Thanks, Jasmin.
I called a different plumbing company, the Original 718 Sewer & Drain, and they came within a half hour to address the problem. Thank goodness.
