Phillip is amazing and so are his workers! I have had several plumbing problems and Phillip has been there to make sure the job was started ASAP and completed. I recently had an addition put on my home and my contractor's plumbers were unable to do the job so I gave them PVD Plumbing's number. Phillip came out and looked at the job and did it for my contractor and myself and did such an amazing job. Because of his amazing job he has continued to do jobs for my contractor. We recently bought a new house and inherited a load of plumbing problems along with it. I heard about PVD plumbing through a co-worker and researched them on yelp. Once they started the work I realized they were as good as everyone said. Not only did Philip and his team do a great job, but he communicated clearly all the steps that needed to be done. During the job I couldn't be there all the time, so he sent me updates via digital photos and texts as the work was being done. We ran into an unrelated issue a few weeks later and Philip informed us that he would fix it free of charge because he felt it was was still within the scope of work. We felt this demonstrated great integrity that he would stand by his work like that.

I can't speak highly enough of Phillip and his plumbing service. Over the years, I've had a hard time finding good service professionals for all of my home needs, especially with my various plumbing projects in the past. I recently needed help with a big re-pipe project on an old house and was getting quotes all over the place. Phillip came in and made everything an absolute breeze. We had no working toilets or showers for 2 days. After repeated attempts by our handyman to clear the main line with multiple length snakes, and no success, we finally called the professionals.

They came out the same day, and Nico was there right on time. I informed him that we had no clean-out on the side of the house that was affected, so he would have to go on the roof. He was not bothered by that and went right up. Unfortunately, the toilets and showers only worked for 3 more hours after he left.

When I called them back and spoke to Philip, he let me know they would be out there first thing the next morning. Philip was nice enough to ask if we had at least one working toilet before we hung up. I told him we did, as long as we wait 15 min in between flushes.

Since I couldn't take any more time off from work to deal with the plumbing, my Dad met with them the next day. He said they were clean and courteous. Philip even took the time to meet our big Doberman, so my Dad wouldn't have to keep him locked up.

They sent me pictures and videos during the process, which I really appreciated. Then, Philip came to the conclusion that we had a severe root problem, and a clean-out would have to be installed in order to fix the problem for good.

After that, the pipes were cleared and the clean-out installed the same day.

We haven't had a plumbing problem since. I never thought I would be so happy to hear a toilet flush.

Phillip is a total all-star! He's someone that I would recommend to anyone, and have--including my own family. He knows what he's doing and keeps you informed about what's happening, which is key in a good contractor. In addition, he's super easy to communicate with and has a great follow-up. Phillip has done two repipes at two homes I have remodeled over the past 5 years and both times the work he and his crew have done was excellent. I have also had him redo some vents as well as camera a sewer line that I was worried about. All of this work was done very timely and for a very reasonable price compared to other plumbers I have gotten quotes from. I would highly recommend his service to anyone in the Southern California area.

Awesome work and very professional. My main sewer line kept backing up. So I got a few quotes and they gave me the best price. They came out found both breaks in the main line and fixed it. They installed a new clean out as well. They cleaned up after the work was done and you could not even tell they had been there. By far the best experience I have had in dealing with a plumber. Very honest and trustworthy. I will definitely be using them again.

Had a problem on Saturday night with our kitchen sink not draining. Sunday I called two friends who do plumbing. They either did not have the equipment or the desire to do a side job. Called PVD on Monday and Phillip came over that same day. He damaged his equipment during the process of making the repairs. The next morning he came back with brand new equipment and fixed the problem within 15 minutes. After two service calls and him having to replace his broken equipment, I thought the bill was going to be a normal high bill. To my surprise, he was cheaper than what I expected. In fact my two friends, who are plumbers for a large facility, said they were going to charge me more than what PVD would have charged. Thanks to PVD, I have an excellent plumber to rely on who I can trust. No hassle, honest work and a great price. Me and my wife were very thankful for their efforts. Phillip is a genuine great guy.
