PVD Plumbing and Re-Pipe

The galvanized pipe from my outdoor faucet was very rusted and had holes in it. This pipe ran around the house to the another faucet. I called out my regular plumber and he said he couldn't fix it, so i looked on yelp and found quite a few companies with high reviews.
I talked to three companies over the phone and two suggested a complete replacement of the pipe without even coming out to look at it. One company did come out, but the owner was so condescending when I asked any questions, I knew i could not work with him.
Phillip was the only one to take time to listen on the phone and he came out to do a thorough inspection of the piping. It did need to be completely replaced and he walked me through what needed to be done. He was very knowledgeable and I immediately trusted and felt comfortable working with him. He sent two technicians out, Federico and Juan who were so kind and respectful. They did a very clean job and made sure I was happy with the work.
PVD also does drain cleaning, water heater replacement,etc.
I own property so asked Phillip about pricing and he is very competitive. I have found my new plumbing company to handle all my needs.
Phillip is a great guy who is very honest and respectful. I highly recommend him!

PVD Plumbing and Re-Pipe is one of those companies that certainly stands by their word. In the midst of remodeling our kitchen, we experienced a plumbing issue which made us look into re-piping our home. After contacting several companies, Phillip, the 'P' in PVD, walked us through the process and instilled confidence and trust in his knowledge and ability to perform a thorough job. He upheld all of his promises and even helped us make critical decisions on our project. His crew was courteous, respectful, fast and accurate which was critical as we were in a time constraint. Our re-pipe was done in a couple of days with minimal inconvenience. From start to finish PVD Plumbing and Re-Pipe really impressed us. I highly recommend their services. The washer was leaking water badly due to the drainage pipe being clogged. Reached out to PVD via Yelp because of the 5 star rating. Phillip responded promptly quoted a reasonable rate. He was very accommodating of our schedule. He flushed out the drain quickly, made sure to run the washer a couple of times to ensure no more leaking. We're very pleased with his service and would call him again for any plumbing needs.

We had plumbing issues. Once again Phillip the owner of PVD plumbing sent us Greg in a couple hours. Mike and Horacio put a clean out in. It was done quickly and professionally. My landscaping looks like it was never touched. The charges for services rendered are very honest and fair. I've dealt with numerous plumbers due to a situation with an on going leak under my home. Getting multiple quotes & feeling out different plumbers on opinions and different options on how to resolve my problem. I can say that Philip was by far the best out of the bunch due to his extreme care for myself & my pocket. Other plumbers were in the 10 to 14k ball park on a repipe for my home . Did a job turned down by another local plumbing company in one hour

I noticed dripping of sink pipe in the kitchen for one week. I tried to tape it over weekend, but did not work well. I selected three local plumbing companies based on good reviews and called them on Monday morning. I sent a picture of the problem to ask for a solution. ""Beach plumbing and jetting"" told me that they could not fix the pipe unless replacing the whole thing including erator which would cost $475 (did not mention what kind of erator and I have had no problem with my erator). At this time, PVD plumbing told me that they could fix the pipe without replacing the erator at an almost 2/3 less cost.
We scheduled a Tuesday morning service. Their plumber Elisa Gutierrez showed up. He was puzzled by the arrangement of the pipe first and told me that this was a handyman's work, not from a professional plumber's hand. He assured me that he could fix it, but needed to get extra parts.
He did a very neat job, removing the old pipe, cutting and adjusting the new pipe into the position. In one hour (from arrival, inspection, re-evaluation, getting parts from car and store nearby, to assembling and testing), he finished the job.
I am very impressed! I will use them again.

PS. I have had another plumber service 3 years ago which was called in by my insurance company and the former plumber kept me waiting for a whole morning. In contrast, Elisa Gutierrez is only slightly late (20 minutes) this time to pick up a tube, but he made up by doing a professional quick job. Only one hour, everything is finished! amazing! I am very happy with him.
