Called twice and left messages. No return calls. Understand plumbers very busy these days, but a courtesy return call - even to tell us they couldn't service our problem- would have been appreciated.

I needed new faucet cartridges for my 8 year old Moen bathroom faucets. my Initial appointment was delayed a week after Putnam had more pressing business. When the plumber arrived he said they didn't have any to fit and would have to order them. I had no follow up from the plumber for a week so I called. The receptionist said it was on order and they would check with the plumber who made my house call And get back to me. Still no follow up after another four days. I called again and had the same response. I called a third time the following week and they said I ""slipped through the crack."" I told them to forget it. I found the cartridges myself on line and saved hundreds of dollars doing it myself. I will not recommend Putnam and will not use them again. I told this to the receptionist and she seemed indifferent. Not again!

They responded to a voicemail within 10 minutes and were able to come almost immediately. Since they were coming I had them look at several issues. Bryce was the one who came out - he quickly resolved the issue with our water softener and fixed a toilet. Bryce was very efficient and polite - he took off his shoes to protect our floors. The charge was very reasonable and I would highly recommend without reservation.

If I could give a negative number rating I would. We had a defective faucet covered under a home warranty program. The warranty company recommended Putnam and Putnam did a great job for the warranty company. The defective faucet was heavy duty and well made. It was a high profile faucet. We sent Putnam photos so they knew what we had. They showed up with a cheap faucet that costed less than half of what a new faucet of like quality should have been. They worked a great deal for the warranty company and left us with junk. Then when we brought it to their attention they absolutely refused to make it right with us. Use these crooks and you'll regret it.

Had new countertops put in today and thought the re-installation of the range and faucet/garbage disposal was included but not so. I asked the granite fabricator who he would recommend and he told me Rob would be a good choice. The fabricator called Rob on the spot and set up an appt 3 hours later. Rob was a bit late but did call and when he got here he did the job quickly (20 Mins) with great skill and professionalism. Plumbing costs can be a bit on the expensive side but we found this service to be reasonable for what was done.
All in all, two thumbs up for Rob Reitano our new go to guy for all our plumbing needs.

I hate it when I have a problem with my plumbing. I never know who to call, but after going with Putnam plumbing I know exactly who to go with from now on.

They were easy to schedule with and were very efficient. I wasn't getting upset watching them stand around.

They had great customer service and got the job done right the first time.

After being away from home, we came back to frozen pipes. Ended up having a broken pipe, it was 3:30 in the afternoon when I called the owner Jeff, he sent Ryan out. He showed up in just over an hour, which is no small deal seeing how we live 30 miles out of town. Ryan quickly assessed the Issue and had it fix in no time. If this is the kind of customer service your looking for, then Putnam Plumbing is the company to call. We are new to the area and I know we just found our new plumbing company.
