We'd looked at 12 plumbing companies before we ultimately chose Porua Plumbing to install a liner for our building's main sewage pipe, as well as install a new cleanout. Bobby was professional, quick to respond to our many questions, and very easy to work with. And of the many bids we'd received, Bobby's was the only one that directly provided a long term solution to our root-infiltration problem at a VERY reasonable price, along with a 50-year warranty. I was especially concerned with whether the project would go smoothly because I was out of town at the time of its execution, but Bobby coordinated with our property management team and kept me updated throughout the process, and everything went superbly without any problems. He is trustworthy and delivers exemplary service; Porua Plumbing will be our go-to plumbing contractors from now on!

So I got a quote from Purua Plumbing on Yelp and they responded within less than five minutes!
I spoke to Bobby and I described my plumbing problem to him. He told me what the issue was and told me that he could be at my house within two hours after we spoke. This was on a Sunday evening!
He and his buddy showed up earlier than promised. He was 100% accurate on what was causing my plumbing issue.
He used his equipment to clear my sewer line clog and finished everything under 30 minutes. I was impressed!
His price was very reasonable!
He's a cool dude and gentleman that explained everything.

Reviews are true! I had great experience too! Bobby picked up right away didn't give me run arounds about price and location as it goes in L.A! ..He won me with that - I literally had few calls before Purua that I wanted to know what it costs to get slow/clogged drain running and they wouldn't tell me before I either give them my name and number or my street address!!So Bobby seemed busy but came late anyways did the job quick, price as talked about, ALL easy!

My first time using the ""receive a quote"" feature on yelp. Bobby responded within 15 min of posting with a competitive price and was out to my place within a couple hours on a Sunday night! Cleared the drain for the amount quoted and even ran a camera for no extra charge which I really appreciated!! Will definitely call again if(more like when) I have another plumbing issue!

Bobby was great! He was super responsive when I messaged him on Yelp - one of the only plumbers who gave me a quote right away without wanting to get more information or chat on the phone. His quote was the cheapest amongst the 5 or 6 plumbers in the long beach area I contacted and once I asked him if he could come over the fix the toilet, he came later that day.

If I ever need a plumber again, I will definitely call Bobby again! Highly recommend. :)

We had a sewer clog up overnight, and when I called our usual plumbers, none of them could make it out today. 3 different plumbers. Well, gotta have working bathrooms, right? When I asked for a quote from some other plumbing companies thru yelp, Bobby got back to me quickly. He said he could do it, today. I'm glad we ended up with him, because we've found our new go-to plumber. He was honest, thorough, and very reasonably priced. We hired Purua to come out after hours to help clear out our plumbing, they came within the hour, very reasonable given how late our service call was. Overall, did a great job clearing out the problem wand provided a camera view of the roots blocking passage. Great job and would recommend.
