Checked around for a good rate with the Plummer's around my area and Purua Plumbing responded right back. Quick response , available at your convenience and very affordable. He was direct, courteous and quick to come over. he ended up charging my father less than what he quoted. THANK YOU BOBBY for your honest work! We really do need workers like you that portray integrity. I would definitely recommend Bobby.

I contacted a few companies and Purua was the first to respond I talk to Bobby and let him know exactly what was going on he came out and snaked my toilet for a very reasonable price and was able to clear the stoppage he even ran a camera and was very detailed as he explained what was going on. Very honest plumber! Great person would definitely use him again!

I contacted Purua for a kitchen line cleaning. When Bobby try to unclogged the line he explained the issues and what the future problems I might Indore . Bobby replaced the ABS pipe at reasonable price. I will definitely call them back for all my plumbing issues . They are professional and straight up .

This 2 star rating is because I was an hour late to the appointment which I called two hours in advance to let the technician know that I was stuck in traffic. Otherwise one star for lack of communication/ no show. We agreed to communicate if I was able to advance the traffic which I was.i arrived earlier than anticipated only to get a reply if I wanted to reschedule?ok When? I did try to contact Bobby via 3 messages with no response.

So I contacted 5 places on yelp, and unfortunately another place already got a hold of me, and when the owner or Purua Plumbing responded to me, he was still $20 lower than my best quote! Regretfully, I can't use their service this time, but volunteered to give them a review. I just want others to know after I did my research, that this place gave me the lowest quote! Thank you Bobby! Will be using your service next time!

Very responsive to ""Yelp messaging"". Worked with my change of schedule. Checked all of my concerns & gave honest advice. In and out in less than 20 minutes & far lower rate than anyone else I've contacted. Would definitely do business with again.

I would give a zero but it's not possible. They responded to a yelp request early morning and they responded right away. The owner Bobby confirmed that he could be at my tenants place that afternoon by 3 to take care of an emergency. 6 1/2 hours later and several responses that he is on his way and he texts saying he's not coming. So unprofessional. I wasted my whole day waiting on this guy and he inconvenience a whole family's late night on a Sunday...says he's coming at midnight and texts at 3 am that his van broke down and is waiting for AAA. Totally unreliable

I've used these guys twice- both times for emergencies. Both times they were able to come out the next day and resolve our problems. On top of that, Bobby is really good about explaining exactly what the issue is, what causes it, options for resolving the issue & how to prevent it in the future. As an added bonus, both times we used them, they were the lowest quoted price. At this point we don't even use our home warranty anymore, we just call these guys instead.
