I seen a guy, unkempt and not so thin, wearing a Purtill plumbing shirt. he looked like the stereotypical plumber. overweight, dirty, AND drinking a beer while driving!!! not sure if he was on company time, but after seeing that, I would definitely NOT welcome Purtill plumbing into my home! If he's ok with hiring that kind of person to represent him, I could just imagine what else goes on. I wouldn't let that person in my house, let alone work on it! hold your employees to a better standard. Get a haircut, make yourself look presentable, and definitely do not DRINK AND DRIVE while wearing your employers shirt on!

I would like to thank Purtrill Plumbing for excellent service on a Saturday when I found it difficult to find anyone else. Gary, who arrived, was very helpful, friendly, and most of all, got the job done. He took a lot of stress off of our lives by explaining the cause of the problem. Thank you.

I have a rental unit that is getting a new dishwasher ... I called Purtill Plumbing to install a food disposal ... one of the owners advised against putting the disposal in and backed the decision with several thought out common sense facts. First - Thanks Sean, for getting back to me on a Friday night. Second - thanks for saving me money on an unnecessary project. Third - thanks for all of the quality work you've done for me, and will do for me in the future. These guys are as good as their word, and more!

I am converting my attic into living space, including a new bathroom. Called 10 days ago to get an estimate. Person who answered the call said someone would call me back to set up an appointment. Nothing yet.

I don't know why they bother mailing postcards looking for work, when they don't call back someone ready to hire a plumber.

I contacted Purtill Plumbing to have a water powered sump pump installed. The owner, Mike, came out the next day and provided me with an estimate that was much more reasonable from the first one. The sump pump was installed 2 days later. Kudos to Mike and his wonderful staff for the excellent service. I've found myself a plumber!

Charged me way too much for sending a worker here for ten minutes to check out a banging pipe. No work was done and he was here a scant 10 minutes. I was not made aware that I would be charged for a quick evaluation of what needed to be done if anything.
Make sure you get an estimate before having anyone come out.

While house sitting for my in-laws, the kitchen sink was backed up and wouldn't drain. We called Purtill Plumbing, only to find out that everyone was booked at the moment. They would call back as soon as a worker became available.

A couple hours later, I received a call back. They let me know that a worker was on the way. He arrived and snaked out the kitchen drain. He was friendly and talkative. He explained the process while he was performing the work. This kept me at ease. Only drawback is that they only accept cash or checks.
