I requested quotes on Yelp for a clogged toilet. I got a quick reply from Purpose Plumbing and we set up an appointment window. Dillion texted me with an estimated arrival time and got to our place when he said he would. He was super polite and professional. He fixed our toilet in about 10 minutes and charged us a very reasonable rate. I will definietly call them again should I need a plumber.

My experience with Daniel was so good I rushed to my PC to leave a review when he left. He took my call right away and though I was not in a hurry for the service he still came the next day. He was very thorough and suggested a change be made to the recirculating pumps that will make them last longer. I feel so blessed to have finally found an honest plumber with high standards. Ensure the hot water is going before your plumber leaves. We needed to have the breaker turned on (after calling the plumber advising no hot water) then when it still wasn't warming up, we cracked open the instructions and found we had to connect it to the WiFi before it would work. Sometimes new-fangled is just that. I was happy with the rest of the install and the pressure valve installation. I was concerned about our water pressure as our house is getting older. I feel better now. I would recommend this plumber as he did a thorough job and was fastidious about everything else. The amount of work we had done took the entire day (not just water heater installation).

My guest bathtub faucet broke and I did an inquiry with Yelp and Daniel answered right away. The next morning, his partner was at my residence ready to repair the tub faucet with parts in hand.
