I am so blessed to have found Purpose Driven Plumbing. It makes a huge difference when you get to speak and work with the owner because you could build a trust in the relationship. When things get damaged in your home, you want to rely on someone who you trust to do the job well and to take care of the your property as if it's their own.

Justin immediately made a positive impression on our family. I requested a quote on yelp and quickly received a response. Already off to a good start! Because when there's a leak in your home you seek immediate assistance.

We had a leak in the backyard as one of the sprinkler pipes had a crack. Although we don't really know the reason for the crack, we do suspect that it was there for quite sometime... Leaking under the soil.

The leak got our attention because we saw a dramatic increase in our water bill from $60 to $300 in a month!! We knew there was a problem. Then, we noticed that there was a puddle outside that never dried up. So, finally, we decided to call a plumber to find out what the problem was and fix it before we had to pay another ridiculous water bill.

Well, as I scrolled through the Yelp page, Purpose Driven Plumbing caught my attention. I decided to give them a try after reading all the positive reviews about the business as well as personal followups from Justin the owner.

After the initial meeting, I knew that I had chosen the right company. We decided to cut the pipe line and cap it to prevent further leaks. Justin waited to make sure the glue had set and double checked to make sure the leak was secured. Justin was very friendly and talked with our family during the wait.

Thank you Justin for your honesty, your care and the kindness towards our family. We are grateful for your service. We will definitely recommend you to our friends and family in the area if a plumbing issue arises.

Our toilet had a small slow water leak coming from under the toilet. When not used, it dried up and then after several flushes, a small amount of water was on the floor again, yet I could not find any leaks. I called Purpose Driven Plumbing based on the reviews. After inspection by Justin, he was sure it was the wax o'ring seal that keeps water from leaking as it passes from the toilet to the drain pipe. In no time he had the toilet out, made sure all was clean around the drain pipe, installed a new seal, re-installed the toilet and now good as new! Made sure all was clean and he is knowledgeable. I enjoyed our conversation and will be sure to use him again whenever there is a plumbing issue. I can understand why everyone gives him 5-stars. today is Thanksgiving and emergency call, I know it cost a little more.
he quoted me 265.00 for snake out kitchen drain on Thanksgiving, I said ok and I will add another 100.00 on top, he was surprise but that what I want him to do. he did it fast and within 1 hour. I am happy with the service, for holiday time. I am a plumber myself, and I am in Las Vegas area. Trying to help our family friend in Mission Viejo it was a challenge.
I got Prostar, C@C , etc.. either they don't service on holiday but advertise they are, and get this they want to charge me 1400.00 for the same service on Thanksgiving. I am glad that Justin there to help me, and I will call him again if our family friend need service again.
