The ratings for PMP are accurate, made by people like myself, just a person in need of prompt, good work performed with a positive outcome. The entire experience is overwhelmingly fantastic. Like most of these people, I was in desperate need of getting water, being able to flush toilets, drink fresh water, take a shower, wash hands, cook food... I needed help quickly.
Most contractors want as much $ as they can squeeze out you and spend as little time interfacing with you as possible and will cut corners like using your old parts like corroded valves, and with with as little time invested, forsaking cleaning up because it takes time, and $ is prioritized over work quality and customers experience.

Costs? Are they cheaper than Joe Schmo on Cruella's list?-no but they are unbeatable on prompt response work, quality work, and professionalism with a friendly face, and smile that warms the heart. Their work is the very best. They did after hours work and did not charge me more, caring only to restore my water and make my life easier. I also chose to have ""SharkBite"" fittings installed to create an easily detachable and reattached any part of the plumbing configuration. Other contractors wanted extra money for this, PMP did not. Not only did they quickly do the work, it was customized!

Very happy with our experience from start to finish. Sabrina who scheduled our appointment was very helpful and communicative, and it was really convenient to be able to send pictures for an estimate when possible, and text for questions. Jacob and Mason did a great job reworking our basement drain even with extra complications, and communicated what was going on during the process and let me know what was done after. Jacob also made sure to explain upkeep items to avoid issues with the drain in the future. All work done fell within the original estimate. Will definitely call them again for any future plumbing issues or projects.

Actually, repair person came a day early, because of a cancellation. Really appreciated. He was very nice and repaired the broken pipe. Sabrina was very prompt in responding to my request for service. Pleasant conversation and thanked me for the picture of requested pipe repair. Good plumber who is trying to ""play"" general contractor. Based on a couple of plumbing fixes, we agreed to have Jake play general contractor on a bathroom remodel redo. Total Disaster! Minimal communication, unapproved changes he expected me to pay with no prior review/approval. He did not show up to review work EVER. Jake and his sub were clearly not communicating nor on the same page. When we had concerns, he never even asked to hear us out. Jake came across as inexperienced plumber trying to play general contractor. No contract in place. Beware!

Jacob came to my house after the the end of his work day and changed out a gas hot water heater in no time at all. He didn't charge me extra and what he did charge was very reasonable. I highly recommend him for any plumbing need you might encounter
