Brent and Casey came to fix our broken garbage disposal. Not only did they fix it quickly, they made sure that it was done properly and checked to make sure there was no leak from replacing it. If you need ANY kind of plumbing CALL MIKE RIGHT NOW. This man is a life saver and no BS. We had the dreaded slab leak in our home and he came out that morning (within 2 hours) and told us our options. We ended up deciding to re-pipe our entire house and Mike's guys had this done in less than 2 days. Everywhere else we telling me 4-5 days of men working in my home. I did my homework and got several quotes and Purified Plumbing was best for the best quality service.

Fast forward 4 weeks and we have sewage leaking out onto on lawn on a Sunday. (Talk about bad luck....I'll blame it on 2020) I didn't think Mike worked since it was a Sunday and it was my mistake not to call him. We paid another company to come out address the issue immediately. We actually had a sewage pipe break 8 foot from the house and a misaligned pipe with our sewage drainage and the city's pipe. We were in the 10's of thousands of $$$ at this point. Mike came out with his scope camera and walked us through exactly what we were seeing and came up with the solution. He is ULTRA quick to respond and truly feels like your dad helping your issues. A lot of plumbing companies will try to screw you over with very very costly fixes but Mike does not! I had purified plumbing install the plumbing in my newly remodeled downstairs which included a laundry room a bathroom and a kitchen moving all the plumbing in them. and they did an exceptional job they were very prompt and they were very fair priced.
