SCAMMED! This plumber charged $175 for a diagnostic fee that was to have been credited to the total bill. The work was scheduled and THEY DID NOT SHOW UP OR CALL!!!! Use at your own risk.

We needed some (in my opinion) major plumbing work done at our home recently. Our first estimate came from a rather large plumbing/hvac type of company and seemed to be outrageously expensive. I contacted 2 smaller owner operated companies for quotes. Purgason came right out and provided a very reasonable estimate within just a couple of days. The 3rd company never provided us an estimate and I'm glad they didn't want our money because Brent and Jonathan did a fantastic job with our work. Everything is working perfectly, the area was cleaned up and they were both pleasant and professional. The job was done on time and damn if it didn't come in at the exact amount of our original estimate - first time that has ever happened! I definitely recommend Purgason Plumbing.

I called and when Purgason came out, they were very straightforward with me and explained what was causing the leak and what needed to be done.
