Max was amazing today! He showed up early and quickly addressed my concerns. As a first time home buyer I am learning so much, but also need assistance with some areas such as plumbing. Max quickly replaced the valves under my kitchen sink and stopped the dripping. I will definitely be using Pure Water Plumbing & Rooter for future plumbing needs and will be referring them to family and friends!

The plumber was friendly and did a good job. Didn't give 5 stars because I thought $500 to replace shut off valves at washing machine connection which took about 45 minutes was expensive and didn't need too many parts. I feel like I got ripped off and overcharged.

Wonderful service! New to the area and had a plumbing issue, Pure Water came out right away, diagnosed and fixed the issue! My new plumber is Pure Water for sure! I recommend them highly! Hugo is the best! He communicated with me and even sent me before and after pictures - as I was at work. I have never had such great service from a plumber!!!

We needed a video scan to check out the sewer line inside the home as we were in the middle of a bathroom remolded and they came out same day and checked it. They were great, they replaced the sewer line from the house to the street and did an excellent job. I would be glad to recommend them to my clients.

My dad found a leak in his family room and it has been crazy trying to find a reputable company who understands and provides us next steps and costs in a short window (my dad is still experiencing leakages). When I said we tried everyone we did and everyone has two or three week window due to things such as covid. Pure water was super fast since I called them and came same day to give us an estimate and next steps while helping my elderly dad navigate when he needs to use his water while we figure this out!!! Kindness and knowledge go a very long way. I would recommend them.
