over charged and charged for a tool they broke. Then cracked the housing for the sediment filter and said ""not my problem"" and wanted to charge to replace. terrible services don't let these people around your system or your family.

Alice G.I've been using Pure Water Plumbing for five years. I have to say, John is great at what he does. I am on a well and wanted to see what I could do to improve the water. I have wonderful soft water and no more awful spots on everything. I also had a Reverse Osmosis system installed in the kitchen for drinking and cooking.. My water is now better than bottled.
John is always right on time to do the maintenance for both the systems twice a year, as scheduled.. He is also a good plumber. If he can't get to it, he knows someone who can help.
I would recommend him in a heartbeat. You won't be sorry.
