Again, i've been waiting for Dustin to call me email me or anything to come fix the problem that I paid him over $1000 to do and still nothing. He even noted that he would reach out to me to remedy the situation and still nothing. He has blocked my number so I can't reach him and now I have to pay another contractor $1300 to fix what I already paid him to do. DO NOT USE

Needed a clogged sink fixed was told it would cost one price if fixed with items from truck. We had the parts already, they Were here twenty minutes tops and late to boot they told me to pay double the amount would not recommend them to anyone

Had a clogged sink that I knew a kid had dropped something down but the area to work in was tight. Called Pure Water Plumbing and Dustin was out the same day. Problem fixed in no time. Easy to work with and a friendly guy, highly recommend Dustin

DO NOT USE - I wish I could leave two reviews - one decent and one HORRIBLE. I hired Dustin to re-due my outside HVAC duct work under my house. He fully replaced but I even had to ask him to seal it and remove the old duct and debris (that he just left anyway- ?!?!).

Less than 2 weeks, it began coming apart and I was left with a BAD job where animals could get in my outside flexible duct under my house. Also, you can see straight under the house from one of my floor vents he FAILED to connect. Needless to say, I called and text him to come back to repair. He said Tuesday and never responded to any message or text or calls again. He even closed his Thumbtack account.

On my first repair, he also DAMAGED my bathtub with his snaking equipment, so I had to get it REGLAZED costing me $100! The repair company CONFIRMED it was damaged by a machine. AND did poor plumbing work in my bathroom sink that was not up to code - says my inspector! AGAIN, having to get that repaired $$$ the RIGHT way.

I now have to pay another contractor to fix and replace it all over again due to his faulty work. He started out so nice and hospitable, but the end work lacked on SO MANY LEVELS - DO NOT USE.

I needed a toilet replaced on short notice and Dustin was able to provide me with a quote online (unlike some other plumbers) and install the toilet the following day.

He was very responsive and always willing to answer my questions as well!

Dustin was very responsive and arrived on time. He did a great job installing a vanity, replacing our shower fixtures, and installing a faucet in our second bathroom. Very nice guy and walked me through things as he was doing them. Very professional and would highly recommend him!

Was trying to get water filter that I bought from Costco. Dustin reached out same day and took care of the installation. He answered all my questions pre and post installation. Definitely worth it
