I called this company and got their service guy he was very helpful. He came out and gave me a free estimate on repipe my house. He also installed a tankless water heater and it was done in a jiffy and the price was right! I would recommend this company to all my friends. Going to have them repipe my house after the holidays

I called them for a simple clogged pipe. The number on their website took me to a nice sounding women who didn't know if they did clogs, so she referred me to their ""services department"". When I called that number, a man answered with a strangely gruff, ""Hello""
""Uhhh is this Pure Water Plumbing?""
""Yes, who is this?""
""I was calling about service.""
""Ok""
""Do you guys snake drains?""
""No,""

That was it. Super weird. I would never recommend them based on this interaction. The lady at the office probably should know what services they offer and the man I spoke to should NEVER be in charge of helping customers.

If you have never dealt with plumbers before, you might think I was making this up. If you have, you know where I am coming from. Here's the simple truth: not every plumber is honest. But I can tell you, Kyle Smith and his team at Pure Water Plumbing are honest, professional, and have shockingly reasonable prices.

Pure Water Plumbing came to us highly recommended by a large developer who uses their services exclusively--and for good reason. Kyle is a consummate professional, and his team gets the job done quickly and conscientiously.

Not so the other guys, so be forewarned. We had an unscrupulous plumber give us an estimate to repair a clogged pipe of $1,100--the story they told us was that the pipes were ""completely rusted out and had to be replaced."" Pure Water Plumbing checked our pipes and declared them fine--just a garden variety clog, as we had suspected.

Plus, Pure Water Plumbing did our entire laundry list of eight plumbing items, installing a toilet, re-routing water to our garden hoses, installing a water softener, a water filter, and more for a great price--and they got it all done to perfection in only half a day. What a huge relief! Hire Pure Water Plumbing for your next plumbing job and you will never go back to the other guys.
