While in the garage, I noticed a spot in my garage ceiling that was damp. This spot was just under my second floor bathroom and I suspected a leak. I sent out a request to get some estimates on the repair.

Jeral was the very first to respond and he was out at my house the next day. He opened up the ceiling and reviewed the damage/leak. He clearly explained the issue and the resolution. Essentially, there was a leak in the cold water shower line. He gave me a quote and I told him I'd follow up with him after getting some other estimates.

It turned out I didn't need those other estimates. I had Jeral do the plumbing (replace leaking pipe) as well as the drywall repair. Jeral was great to work with. He does what he says and he has gained my trust. It was a pleasure working with Jeral and Pure Stream Plumbing!

We needed to have our 70 year old house pipes replaced before a major break, with it's ensuing damage. Jay was prompt to respond by phone. He dropped by to look at our house, explain what was needed to upgrade our plumbing and gave us a quote. He was honest and did not seem out to take advantage of a retired couple. He started on the project after signing an agreement and receiving half the cost requested. There were a few additional issues that were noticed in the upgrade process. We were given the choice if we wanted to take care of those problems too. Jay provided photos when we could not access the area ourselves. We appreciated him explaining what he saw, what he could do and the progress he was making. He was a hard worker that worked long days. Jay also had a contractor to do the sheet rock, mudding and painting. Our laundry room, where most of the house plumbing was located, is now the best looking room in our older home. Jay was fair in his pricing and honest, which we were grateful for. We would use him again if the need arose. Thank you, Jay !

Our plumbing technician Jeral has very strong knowledge about his job and help educate us about the plumbing issues we had in our new home especially we are new home owners of 4 years these things are very intimidating he gave us a very affordable price.
