I had to get a water flow unit installed in my house on 3/20/25. The plumber who arrived, Alan Kevett, was communicative and punctual. He was professional and also personable. The water flow unit required you to sink it to an App for insurance reasons. Alan was extremely helpful with this process, A total life saver that made the process way easier for me. He went above and beyond his role to make the set up run smoothly. Thanks Alan.

I've used this company three times. The first time they were sent by my home warranty company when I reported a clogged standpipe drain, and the service was great. They really went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied and that they answered all my questions. I liked them so much I paid out of pocket to inspect our sewer pipe and clean out the drains. Then, when we needed our shower fixed, I called them again. Each time, the techs that came, Nate, Jesse, and Alan, were great. They answered all my questions and were thorough. I would use them again.

I was very happy with the first two times I had PurePro come and bail me out of a couple of slab leak issues about three months ago. Because of that, I hired them once again to come and basically re-plumb major portions of my home. Jessie and Maurice showed up on time and completed the quoted project in about seven hours. They cleaned up all of their work areas very nicely after the project was completed.
PurePro provided me with a very competitive project quote and I feel the work completed is and was a great value.
PS. Now, because there are no pipes under my slab, I will never be concerned about slab leaks ever again.

I had a cold water slab leak. Alan came out initially to check out the issue, he took the time to explain the entire process and options to me. Nate was in constant contact with me, even late in the evening and did the claim with AHS expeditiously. Jesse came out, broke the cement, fixed the leak, and covered up the hole all the same day. He also cleaned out the debris from the pipes that was affecting the water pressure in certain areas of our home.
I could not have asked for a better team during a very stressful time. Thank you!

I had been assigned this company by American Home Shield for a water leak requiring me turn house water off. When I contacted this company they said they would be out the following day in the afternoon. Reasonable right? Well, the morning they were to come out I get a call from them stating their plumber tech had a flat tire and he had to go take it to Discount Tire and would NOT be able to make it that day! We had to reschedule for the following day. I was NOT happy but AHS would not reassign another vendor who could get out so I was forced to deal with problem of no water for another day as I waited for Pure Pro Plumbing. I realize flat tires happen so my family and I dealt with another day of no water... So the next day arrives and at 7:11am I get another call from Pure Pro Plumbing now stating the assigned plumber now had now had an emergency and that they would AGAIN not be able to make the 2-4pm window of the 2d day's appointment AGAIN!! I told the person I was speaking to that I have post surgical medical conditions and this was unacceptable. Long story short, I told the person on phone who claimed to be the owner of company that this was unacceptable! I requested Pure Pro to assign another tech to honor their RESCHEDULED appointment. Didn't swear at this man on the phone, nor did I even raise my voice but the call ended with owner angrily saying that there was nothing he could do and he was having AHS reassign another plumber and that was that... I'm not an unreasonable person. Things in life happen requiring rescheduling. Pure Pro Plumbing may be excellent in their work (I'll never know...). However, I can speak to their lack of good customer service and lack of any semblance of understanding even with a customer with a medical condition... I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Alan of Pure Pro Plumbing worked efficiently to stop a constant leak in shower/tub. He replaced valve behind tile, put on new shower head, handle, and tub spout. Grouting applied.
Cleaned up area.
Bid was reasonable. I felt Alan was honest and knowledgeable. He answered questions and explained what he had done.

Shower drain was blocked. Nathaniel was able to come same day and cleared the drain as well as asked if there were any other issues we would like him to check on while he was at our home. YES! One of the bathroom sink drains smells of sewer gas - he cleared it as well, explained what he would recommend if problem occurs again (clear out from the roof vent)
Overall - happy with his service, prompt attention and skill.

Pure Pro Plumbing is the best. I was looking for some information on different types of water treatment. Nathan introduced me to Halo filtration systems. After doing some research I decided to go with the Halo Guardian for my tankless water heater. I called Pure Pro Plumbing and Nathan came back the next day! Not only did he install the filter, he redid all of the old ugly pipes going to the water heater and added an expansion tank and a new shut off valve. He is very knowledgeable and fast. His work is very clean and I would never recommend anyone else. Pure Pro Plumbing is the best there is, hands down!
