Kay T. is right. Danny NEVER answers the phone and his voicemail is full.

Danny did the plumbing on my house as it was being remodeled. Here are the highlights:
-installed a rusted bathtub
-leaking sink in master bath.
-clogged faucets = 2

He refused to talk to my new contractor to arrange repairs. I finally got him on the phone and all he did was complain about "my contractor" and how nothing was his fault. Needless to say, I got to pay for everything again.

If you want the work done right, don't call Danny.

1. Don't call the office line because NO ONE answers it - EVER.
2. You can't leave a VM because the VM is full - that should really speak volumes.
3. If you call Danny on his mobile - you have a 1 in 5 chance that he'll call you back.

They came out to do some initial work. Further work had to be coordinated with a tile guy - GLAD I DIDN'T have the tile guys come and remove the tile because Pure Plumbing never called back to schedule the follow up work. Come to find out, the work that was done was actually wrong. AWESOME... NO!
