I had water intrusion in the downstairs bathroom and did not know the sources. Pure Plumbing Solutions' Nate was tenacious in figuring out a tub enclosure issue that was leading to water trickling down to the downstairs bathroom. He also inspected under the house to make sure no leaks were occurring. He was very thorough and explained everything well.

We had to have a drain cleaned out and a disposal replaced. Of course this happened on a late afternoon on a Friday before a holiday weekend. I called the office number at 4:45pm and Mike, the owner, answered! Not only that, but they had availability the next morning!!

Austin showed up on time, with booties, and lots of knowledge. He quickly diagnosed our problem and gave us a detailed quote. He actually gave us 3 quotes: bare minimum, better, and fix all the problems at once and be done. You see, much of the pipe work under the sink was done improperly. We were going to continue to have problems if this root cause wasn't addressed. We chose to do it right and be done.

After 3 hours of meticulous work and educating us on how to maintain our property better (we don't know much), Austin left my home cleaner than I would have!

We appreciate his friendly demeanor and all the tips and tricks for better home maintenance. Highly recommend!

These guys are very professional, certainly not the most inexpensive, but they always do the job right, I have already called them at least twice, mainly for installing new faucets in the kitchen and bathrooms. They were prompt, cleaned after doing the job and I will keep calling them.

Responsive to inquiries and willing to do a smaller job. Many other companies did not even respond to my inquiries, most likely because the job was small. Showed up on time and did high quality work. Took the time to explain all the various options and costs involved before doing the work. In addition, they were courteous and polite, using shoe covers to go in and out of the house without even being asked. Would definitely recommend and will certainly use them for future work.

Mike and Nate came to fixed our clogged shower drains and install shower heads. They were quick to diagnose and made sure all the drains in all bathrooms were working good. They were communicative, responsive and very professional in their approach. They did a final walkthrough of all the fixes and also made sure the shower was left clean. Pricing was very reasonable too. No hidden charges. Highly highly recommend.
