When our garbage disposal gave up the ghost and water was pouring out onto our floor, I called several plumbers. Mark not only picked up the phone when I called, but was able to make an appointment the next day. He called before he came, was prompt, very calming, patient, polite, and reasonably priced. Mark was my hero yesterday. I would give him a hundred stars if I could. We had a blockage in our sewer line and water was coming up from our toilet and spilling into our bathroom and surrounding rooms. I was in a full-fledge panic and started calling emergency plumbing services. No one was answering; some of the voicemails said they were busy for the next two weeks. Suddenly I remembered to call Mark, who I've used for a few issues previously. He answered, said he could be there in the afternoon, and showed up less than an hour later. He found the problem and fixed it, all for a very reasonable price. He then called a water removal service for me and got them to come quickly. To boot, he is kind, calm, reassuring and caring. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Mark came by a couple times to fix various issues with an old house I was getting ready for sale. He was always flexible and prompt to head over. He's as capable as he is friendly, and now my goto plumbing guy from now own based on my exp. I'll recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber.

He's also very reasonable with his estimates and cost. A++

One star for a prompt response and one for showing up when they said they would. But I've never felt so taken advantage of financially. I had a leaky toilet that required ten minutes worth of tweaking, and it cost me over $250. Recommended only for those with very deep pockets.

So I don't know about this customer service other reviewers speak of. I called this company for bath fixture installation on Tuesday, nobody answered so I left a detailed message in the voice mail with the job description and my contact information. I heard nothing back so Wednesday evening i went to the company website and completed the contact request form, again with a detailed message and my contact information, still no response. I tend to give the benefit of the doubt more than i should and decided to try one more time using the yelp request quote which touts 2 hour response time at 100%, still no reply. So after 3 tries in 3 days I am finally giving up. I understand it may have been a small job and not worth their time, i get the weather was bad and they may have been busy but it doesn't take a whole lot of time to just make a quick call or respond to an email or quote request to say hey we are swamped and can't get to you.
