Mark is a plumbing wizard! We will be forever grateful for his immediate response and accurate, fast work. Our pipes burst in two places following "snovid" in mid-Feb and Mark visited us twice to repair - once even driving in the terrible snow to help his community. He is polite, informative, cool under pressure, fast, incredibly skilled and fair.

My sprinklers and hose spouts had low water pressure. Mark came out and adjusted the pressure regulator valve. He mentioned that it was on its last leg and might need to be replaced. He said if it needed to be replaced, he would credit the amount he charged for adjusting it. He checked the pressure and said it was back up. However, the water pressure was still weak. So I called him the next day and he came the next morning and replaced it. Now I have full pressure and as a bonus, my indoor water pressure also increased. I never realized how much I missed a good shower. Mark was prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous. He also wore a mask and respected the COVID-19 situation. I recommend Mark for your plumbing services.

I came home to a $700 water bill yesterday. I called the city and they said they couldn't get anyone by until next week. I called 2 other plumbers and they said they couldn't help until the city turned off our water because that would be tampering with city property. Mark responded to my request 1st thing this morning, made an appointment for noon and showed up almost 30 minutes early. He fixed the problem quickly and charged a very reasonable rate.

Talked me through a solution on the phone to my problem with a tankless water heater. He *wasn't* the plumber who installed the system.
