We used Pure Plumbing Experts. We had a bad experience.
We asked for a bid for some plumbing changes needed for a refresh of our bathroom.
We had two requirements: experience with the work and a bid for ALL the work, as we didn't want find and employ multiple plumbers for our small bathroom project.
Nicholas Salmeron, the owner, said he had the experience and would bid on all the work, as required.
When we received his bid, it appeared to cover all the required work so we accepted it.
The first phase was the rough-in work at the start. And the second was the finish work at the end...after tile, cabinet, etc.
About a month after the rough-in work, he asked for a progress payment (about 80% of the contract), which we made.
The time between the rough-in and the finish work ended up being much longer than we expected because of delays by other workmen.
When we were ready for the finish work, we contacted Mr. Salmeron to get it scheduled. At that time, we learned that Mr. Salmeron didn't believe that all of the finish work was included in the contract. He would be happy to do it, of course, but for more money.
Mr. Salmeron insisted that the contract was completely clear that, despite our original requirement, his bid DIDN'T cover all of the work we requested. He did not ever disclose that, until then. It was our responsibility, he said, to ferret out that information from the words he used in his contract.
We feel he was blatantly dishonest about this, and did so in order to take advantage of us (a retired couple).
Although it has been a pain to adjust to this situation, it was blessing. His work was ordinary at best.
One of the rough-in tasks was to set a shower pan, square to the walls, and level on the floor, per the manufacturer's installation instructions we provided to him. It was neither, however, which caused some real complications with getting the tile set correctly, and the shower finish plumbing installed. In fact, the tile setter was concerned that the floor would not drain properly...and ran some tests. It was borderline, but okay.
Also, he didn't bring the materials he needed for the rough-in and had to beg for some we were using for other purposes. Even then, he took more than we okayed--some of which we had prepared for other uses in our project.
And then there was the fire. We learned at the end of the day, he had started a fire in our house and removed some of our framing to put it out. Ironically, he talked us into a less than standard arrangement for our sink water supply lines because he didn't want to go through that very framing. Sigh.
We asked for a return of a portion of the payment we made because he refused to do the finish work for the shower. He refused.
We rate Pure Plumbing Experts and Mr. Salmeron as a Do Not Touch for his dishonesty and poor workmanship.

We were introduced to Nicholas Salmeron of Pure Plumbing Experts through our insurance since we had a flood from our kitchen sink. Of all the workers here during this stressful time, Nick was one of our favorites. What great service and just very pleasant to have working in our house. Just a few months later we had another leak and we wanted to pay Nick but he felt it could have been a different problem but in the same area and refused to charge us even though we felt he should since it really was another issue we thought. I would not think twice of ever calling them again. In fact I feel he will be the only plumber we will use in the future even though we hope we don't have further plumbing problems. Thank you Nick and your very competent employees also.

Our cleaning crew saw a very large wet spot on the ceiling in our guest room. We immediately called Pure Plumbing (again) and they were there in less than 30 minutes. The found the leak, it was the Hot water pipe! They fix it and provided the lead on the drywall person to cover up the ceiling. In less than 90 minutes the whole issue was solve! They are a fair and honest group to work with. I'll call them again and again!

I have used Pure Plumbing Experts to fix a leaking faucet, replace all my hose bids, and as well as all of my angle stops throughout the house. More recently they helped solve a mystery leak in my front yard. I thought my meter was leaking. In fact, they discovered it was water coming from my next door neighbor's drip line. I might add they did not charge me. These guys are terrific. They are professional, they get it done right the very first time, and their bids are always reasonable. You will be very happy with (and secure) knowing Pure Plumbing Experts has done the work. I trust them. They are the best!

These guys were terrific. They replaced my bottom mounted cast iron sink after Lowe's told me it couldn't be done without replacing the counters. They were very wrong. Nicholas from Pure Plumbing, looked at my sink, and told me exactly what would be done and how long it would take. Then he sent me a very reasonable bid, along with pictures of the top mounted stainless steel sink and faucet he would use. The two guys doing the installation arrived when they said they would and finished in five hours, completely cleaning up before they left. Nick stopped by during the work to be sure everything was going well and to see if I had questions. I love the sink, everything works, and there are no leaks. In addition, these are some of the nicest guys you will ever meet.

We're visiting my mom-in-law and had a blockage that caused the sink to overflow (water was everywhere) typically my man can fix anything but this was a mystery.

My hubby spoke with Nick to decipher the category of emergency and then the very next day his crew arrived and not only unblocked the clog but fixed the problem for good (it was due to poor plumbing installation). Thanks guys for being so detailed and taking care of our aging parent with respect.

Its great to not only be a part of the team but to Feel apart of the Team. Nick is a great boss and is very thorough with not only his work but ours as well. Sean, my supervisor also carries Nicks attention to detail and is a wonderful teacher. This is the second time that we have used Pure Plumbing for our plumbing repairs. The last time was a few years ago on a property we had to get ready to sell. Both times Nick was great to work, fair on pricing and very punctual. This last repair was for a leak between the cities main shut off and the side of our house. I called them in the evening and Nick called me right back. He gave me some options over the phone on some self repairs as he knew I did a lot of work myself but told me that if needed he would fit me in at 7:00am the next morning. I didn't want to risk working so close to the cities main shut off valve and wanted it done right so I asked if he could come bail me out. The next morning he was here bright and early and took care of our issue. When you find someone like this you definitely keep their number saved for future jobs.

We had Nick come and pull our toilets to replace the seals as the seals were failing. He was amazing, came in and did two reset in less than two hour, left the spaces meats and clean. We can't thank him enough for being his service. It is a pleasure to work with a company that knowledgable, honest and stands behind his work. We will call again when we need any plumbing needs!
