Thank you for everything you did John! Very quick with his email/yelp response. Came to my house on Memorial Day to help me with my exploded water heater. Was very professional with his services, knowledgeable, and conveyed to me clearly what my options were. I didn't feel like he tried to up sell me anything which is always a good feeling as the consumer, and he gave me options as to what I could or could not elect for services. He also followed up a few days later to give me a referral for another service to check for mold and moisture in my house caused by the blown up water heater.

Thorough, efficient, and a pleasure to have done business with. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for plumbing assistance. Plus, from what John conveyed to me they are a mom and pop shop and I am always happy to patronize those businesses.

Jonathan is amazing at Pure Plumbing!
Backstory:
I walked into my garage on Sunday morning and was met with a wall of steam. To my horror, my water had a stream of water coming out of it .
I managed to turn off the valves to it but there was a lot of water. I called several plumbing places but there were closed.

Later that evening, I was on Yelp and saw this company was available, so I sent a message. Jonathan was quick to reply and even though it was late on Sunday, he came by to check it out. He confirmed my fears: I needed a new water heater.

We worked out a deal, and he was able to come in on Monday morning to install a new heater. He was thorough, and good natured.

I know have a favorite plumber for all of my future needs !

Our water heater had one foot in the grave and needed to be replaced. My mom called John and he was over within the hour to check out our water heater and tell us about our options. The kitchen faucet also had a leak and in just a few minutes John had pictures and details for the faucets he recommended. John was able to come back a day later to do the tankless water heater install and the sink. Even though just a tankless install can take all day John was able to complete that and install the new faucet in one day. Everything is looking great now. The tankless water heater freed up a lot of space in our garage.

Woke up in the morning to discover a leak coming out of a wall in our entry way. Yikes! The wall was saturated. A friend recommended Pure Plumbing and so glad we followed his advice. John came out within the hour. He cut through the drywall and fixed the leaky copper pipe. Problem solved. Cleaned up the debris and gave us a recommendation for a dry wall company to repair the wall. John is very professional, honest, prompt and a very good plumber. Plus he gave us a very fair price.

From the minute I called Jonathan he WAS ON IT!!
Called him with an emergency water leak...on a Sunday, no ""upcharge"", came out, immediately took control of the situation which included, educating me on the process of a major water leak that I had in my house. He connected me with an insurance-approved water-dryout company to minimize the damage and prevent mildew.
Gave me all the pros and cons of reinstalling a water tank vs. a tankless....I appreciate his attention to detail and ability to explain to me every single option I had. Top notch! Texted and called 1, 3 and 5 days later to ensure my happiness and that everything was working after the install. Did a GREAT job working around the garage details of my house and had to creatively install a new pipe through the garage. Again....don't even bother with the big-bad-boy companies....not worth it when you can have Jonathan on speed dial and immediate text to help out!! Thank you for all the help in a critical time. I will 100% be calling you with any future needs!!
