I called them for an estimate to replace my sink faucets (I already had my replacements in hand). They came by same day for the estimate which was reasonable. I asked when we could schedule service and they told me they could do it right then. They were very friendly, had the new faucets installed quickly (one that needed to be cut out due to corrosion), and cleaned up everything so there was zero mess left behind. I would definitely use this company again for future plumbing needs!

Needed help with bathroom fixtures and drains. Was highly recommended to Jonathan at Pure Plumbing. I texted him for help and he responded quickly. David came out to access the situation and told me what it was going to entail and cost. He answered several of my other plumbing questions too.

I ordered Moen fixture from Home Depot and once received, scheduled installation.

David was here on time, did outstanding work and left nothing for me to cleanup. He was extremely knowledgeable and had outstanding communication skills.

Next time I need plumbing expertise that I can trust and depend upon, I'll be reaching out to these guys.

Fast forward a couple years and we needed help again, we knew who to call - Pure Plumbing! The pressure reducer for my main house water line was leaking and was not reducing the water pressure coming in from the water district. In fact, the pressure was over 150psi. Based on others 5 star Yelp reviews, I called Pure Plumbing. I was told that they would send out their best plumber for the job and that he would be there the next day. Wow....very good first impression! In fact, the following day, David came in the afternoon and began to investigate. He thoroughly checked out the situation and provided an estimate for the work. I had already purchased the replacement pressure reducer. I feared that he would tell me that he couldn't use the one that I had spent several hundreds of dollars on and that I would need to use one from Pure. Nope, he was happy to work with what I had. Long story short, he began work and stayed as long as it took to get the job done. As the work progressed into the hours after dark, he insisted that he would stay with it until complete. At this point, the water to the house had been off for about 8 hours and he did not want to leave until I had water restored. And, that he did. Due to some complicating factors (old pipes and frozen valves), David had to return the next day to put the finishing touches on the new reducer and input/output lines. David was extremely conscientious, patient, knowledgeable and skilled.......very professional. He explained everything to me as he went along. I highly recommend Pure Plumbing and David.

Professional, on time, great customer service, detailed explanation on what they were doing plus told me the price ahead of time. High-end parts are used to replace low/medium parts. Great quality. How do I know? The copper they use had thicker walls, which means it's going to last longer no defect.
