Johanson from pure plumbing company responded my inquiry on water heater pilot assembly installation with fast and honest quote, and showed up very next day even before the appointed slot of time (of cause confirmed with me in advance), knowing that I expected this to be fixed the sooner the better. The job was done very quick and it works -- the water heater produces hot water once again. All the transactions are electronic which is helpful for me to deal with the Rheem's warranty claim process to cover the cost. Definitely would ping him if other related jobs occur.

I hired JD for installing our new electric water heater. First and foremost, JD was very responsive, which means he was extremely accountable and reliable, he always texted me back within half an hr, if not right away. He was very knowledgeable about what he was doing, and he made it super easy for his customer (aka. me) when it came to scheduling, installing and hauling away the old water heater. We had a bad valve on the water heater (Home Depot sucked! From customer service to their product!) JD was able to quickly find a replacement valve the next morning and ensured that we didn't go without hot water for more than a day. We were very happy with him, would recommend him to anyone who's looking for a trustworthy plumber. Also forgot to mention that he is reasonable with his quote!

Long Over Due Review. In 2017 Johnathan had done some work on a pressure regulator and we were in the process of finding a plumber to bid out on a bathroom gut/remodel. Not only was his pricing fair in comparison to other plumbers he recommended a great craftsman to help with the rest of the remodel. Johnathan was a straight shooter and also educated us on the differences between high quality plumbing fixtures that would outlive us and cheap ones that would need more repair in the future. This knowledge made us really understand that know one really thinks about what is behind the walls until there is a problem. He plain and simply puts his rep on the line when he does the work and does not want to have to return so he simply just does amazing work on little or big jobs. Your plumbing needs will be done with the same quality of work. It has been over four years and we have had ZERO problems with anything he has done in our home.

Jonathan got back to me right away even after hours. He explained to me the advantages of a tankless water heater and went over the pricing difference from the standard tank variety. We set up an appointment for several days later to meet and make a final decision on which model to go with. After making the decision Jonathan and his brother started the project right away. I was so impressed with John who owns Pure Plumbing Company! He was knowledgeable, organized, professional and very personable!
We have an Air B&B and our master bathroom was plugged up. The shower, tub and toilet were all plugged. We had guests coming the next day and were desperate to have the problem fixed as quickly as possible. It only took John 5 minutes to figure out the problem! I was amazed! He started working immediately and even brought in a hydro jet to complete the clean out! He fixed the plug in a matter of hours and did a great job! So happy with his work and expertise! Jonathan located our leaks within the minimum time period. We had previously tried another company that searched for 3-1/2 hours without finding anything. He appeared to be very skilled with the equipment, and his knowledge and experience were obvious. He was friendly and professional, and he wore a face mask the entire time he was here. Even though it was near dark, he went under the house and repaired the leak that was the most problematic. We were very happy with his work and would not hesitate to recommend him.
