Amazing service provided by Pure Plumbing! Had a couple of issues going at my daughter's place in Las Vegas. As the out-of-state owner, it's always a stressful time to handle things. Pure Plumbing responded when they said they would, texted us when they were on their way, and were so helpful, taking a look at the issues my son-in-law was worried about, and told him he'd done fine; no worries, and no need for him to do anything!! That's totally awesome!! We will definitely keep Pure Plumbing in mind for future, and will tell all our friends in Vegas about our experience. Thanks!!

Woke up July 4 at 6 AM to water shooting 20 feet into the air from a broken irrigation pipe. Called these guys based on other reviews here, but still expected this would a)take all day and b) cost a fortune. They showed up within the hour, and the cost was withing five dollars of what I thought the cost ought to be, and about half what I thought it would be. The man could not have been more professional, explained everything and went over the bill before starting, and finished in less than an hour. In the end, I was the only one in the house that even knew the water was out, as everything was back up and running before the rest of the household even got out of bed.

We got a warning letter from LVVWD that we were using more water than we usually did. We went to check the water meter and found the dial spinning out of control. We closed the valves for the house and found the leak was coming from our main line. Going into panic mode, we chose to give Pure Plumbing a call after receiving so many good compliments. That was one of the best decisions we made. A neighbor of ours had a similar problem and ended up paying more than 10k from a major plumbing company, Jeff came out to our house and quoted us a lot less than that. They ran a new piping system and replaced the manifold eliminating the one from the builder due to the old pipes running below the foundation. This is what saved us a lot of money. What we liked about Pure Plumbing is the Techs (Jarrid and Donnie) were friendly, answered all of our naive questions and most of all they stayed into the night until the pipes was connected and everything was running good.

The only bummer, there was a miscommunication with the girls in the office and when we thought the inspector was coming. He couldn't, so we had to wait until he could inspect the lines then they could fill the trench back.

If I could leave a 10 star review, I would! About two months ago, I had called another plumbing company because I had water leaking from the base of my toilet. They came out and spent nearly 5 hours working on the toilet to replace a toilet flange. Everything appeared fine for a while until I noticed a strong sewage smell when returning from vacation. I knew that after several problems, including being over charged by $1000.00 by the other plumbing company and spending a month fighting to get the money returned, that I wouldn't be calling them to come back out for the new problem. I did some research and found that PURE PLUMBING got excellent customer reviews so I gave them a call. Pure Plumbing was able to get someone out within a reasonable time frame that worked with my schedule. Donny arrived within the scheduled time period and explained the problem. The toilet flange that was previously put in wasn't sufficiently holding the toilet in place and the previous plumber didn't caulk around the toilet for added reinforcement. Donny quickly got a new toilet flange installed, caulked around the toilet and also replaced some shut off valves on the washer that also needed replaced as the handle had broken off on one of them. Needless to say, I have finally found a plumbing company in Las Vegas that does good work at a fair price. I know who I will be calling in the future for my plumbing needs, PURE PLUMBING! They are the best. I have been using them for assorted plumbing issues for about 18 months.
Something malfunctioned due to a manufacture's defect. Pure plumbing came to the rescue and went above and beyond to fix the problem and the owner of the firm followed up with me to ensure that the issue was resolved quickly and properly. They really stand behind their work and more importantly really care to see the customer is well treated. I would recommend them to anyone.

What I like about them is their prompt response and they show up on time. What I don't like about them is that they overcharged and gave me a huge quote for a repair work. So, I went to a big box store to check the quote, they laughed at me and they suggested using a referral service. I was shocked to know that this contractor from their referral service gave me a third of the original price quote. And needless to say, I went with them.

Doesn't reply to your email when you are just inquiring about a service. Sent 2 emails but no response. Perhaps if there's a sure job that they would get from you, they would reply immediately. ZERO RATING!

I had trouble with my water softener sending little beeds into the water supply, as well as a leak as soon as I tried to bypass the system. Called Pure Plumbing thursday morning, 45 minutes later a technician was at the house, I had quotes for different options ( replacement, just taking the old system out and a possible fix) via e mail and verbal in no time and had the problem taken care of in no time. I would highly recommend them !

Second time I've requested service from Pure Plumbing and service is excellent. Scott and Jeff came out same day to fix a water heater issue - it was old, dripping water on the flame, and about ready to start leaking. They took the time to find the most cost effective replacement to work with my house and set me up with a new water heater in about 1.5 hours. Highly recommend this company!

I cannot even begin to say enough wonderful things about Pure Plumbing. I have been a resident of Las Vegas for over 35 years and have had many repairs done in our home. This company stands out in every aspect from their customer service to their excellent technicians. From my first conversation with Marlene, who was polite and a true professional to Joe Haiston who lives up to everything written about him in previous posts...he is the best ! I received a phone call followed by a text informing me that the technician is on his way. Joe surveyed the problem, explained everything that needed to be done and was polite, professional and was very knowledgeable! He returned the next day with Jared Gibson, who also was a true professional as well to begin the single line re-route. They kept me updated as the job progressed. We were completely satisfied with the work that was done and would not hesitate to call them again for any future problems.In this day and age of poor customer service, you should be commended for an all around well run, awesome business!
