I called Pure Plumbing after spending a Saturday afternoon discovering I had a massive water leak in a home I just bought. Although it was after 1PM, I was offered an appointment between 4 and 6 that day. Cool! The dispatcher was very friendly and thorough in qualifying that I had tested for the leak before scheduling the appointment.

After making the appointment, I received a call back about 45 minutes later informing me that the plumber could be at my house in 20 minutes. Very cool!

The plumber showed up and was very informative about how my mains were plumbed. He took the time to explore all areas of concern and found the issue. It turns out that it was a pool problem and not my water main at all.

I have to say that even though I have an expensive leak in my pool, knowing that Pure was extremely responsive, honest and helpful in the process makes tackling the repair easier. I will definitely make them my first call if I need plumbing services in the future.

We hired Pure Plumbing when we had a huge water leak somewhere and had NO IDEA where it was. Donny came out, found the leak immediately, and fixed it very efficiently. He communicated with us about everything, and made sure the yard was put back together when he was finished. We appreciate that, even though a major leak is expensive to fix, that the price was reasonable. Donny worked quickly and efficiently, and helped make the whole thing a not-so-bad memory. Thumbs up to Donny, and we would recommend him to anyone and will call on this company if needed in the future.

I was really apprehensive about finding a plumber because my main water line broke, and the first quote I got was over $3000. I found Pure Plumbing here on Yelp, and decided to take a leap of faith because of the good reviews. I met the service manager during my quote, and he explained their business model and gave me a quote that was less than the rest! I had them come out and do the work and I could not be happier. My landscaping was preserved, my problem is fixed, and everyone was polite and easy to work with. It is true that their hold music is Mario, which is awesome, and yes, they called and wrote a thank you note to thank me for my business. Truly a company with class and honor. I would 100% use them again.

I have to give credit for this company for setting up a time and being on time to give an estimate, but there is when things didn't go so well.

The technician gave my wife an estimate of $1,012.50 to replace 3 things (Pressure Valve, Ball Valve and a new shower handle installation). When he stated that he had all the items on the truck and could start immediately, my wife called me to see what I thought.

I told the technician that I thought the price was a bit high . . . to which he responded ""Well, tell me what you want to pay."" Right there I felt uncomfortable and KNEW that I wasn't probably getting the best of deal. So I politely thanked him and told him that I would think about it.

I called another highly rated Yelp plumber to have the same work done. And instead of sending out a technician, they asked for me to text them a photo of what I wanted done. And within 30 minutes I had a quote for the worked I wanted done.

The price was only $525 or 48% LESS than I was quoted by this company.

Now I have a feeling that this company would have done the job superbly, but it just is MUCH more expensive than the competition.

AND the competition completed the job this past weekend on time and at the quoted price.

The Pure Plumbing experience starts when you call the very friendly office gals. They all provided excellent customer service and work with you and your schedule when booking a service call. When Daniel arrived, he was on time, efficient and very knowledgeable about my multiple plumbing issues. Daniel did such a good job with my water heater issue that I actually called Pure back and requested that Daniel be sent back out to my property to fix some other faucet issues that he had recommended to be repaired during his initial visit. Thank you again Daniel and Pure Plumbing!!

I think we have finally have found our plumber. Joe was helpful, efficient and knowledgeable and Ryan really was great answering questions we had, thanks Pure Plumbing. I will be using them in the future and give them my highest recommendation. When you find good people here in LV stick with them.

I am happy that I chose Pure Plumbing because I need to know up front what to expect from services. Pure Plumbing guys did an inspection, sat down, gave me a price and let me know how long the job would take. I had three bathroom faucets replaced and 6 shut off valves changed out as well. The guys came on time, no chit chat, no radio blasting, no in and out of the door 50 times. The faucet installations were absolutely perfect without any ""oh-oh's"" along the way. I was so relieved to see how quick and efficient they were. I'm keeping their business card handy.
