Our property manager sent the company to take care of a leak we had in our townhouse, so I didn't have any influence on picking the plumber but I will say, the communication and service were excellent. They called, text, and then prior to our serviceman arriving, they sent us a brief bio on the worker that would be taking care of our job.
It was an emergency job so they couldn't give us a time frame of when they would arrive but they arrived within the hour, and they communicated it wonderfully.
The serviceman, David Betterton, was prompt, kind, and informative. He walked us through what he saw, and explained his diagnosis. He listened to our observations, and explained why it was leaking through the vent. He explained the water heater is done (it was 13 years old and had rust and the overflow plate was full of water), and would need to be replaced.
He immediately went to work, our water heater is in the house, on the second floor in the house, as opposed to being in the garage, and he was very careful to make sure water didn't get on the carpet, and was very tidy.
The service was great and he was very efficient at his job, but he was also courteous, and kind to our dogs. We have two pit bulls and despite the stigma, he took time to introduce himself and make sure the were ok with him in the house. They welcomed him immediately, which is a big deal to me. He was never frustrated or irritated with them wanting his attention, and it never slowed him down from doing his work.
After the water tank finally drained, he immediately got them swapped out and did a great job getting the large water heater up and down the stairs, and there was no issues with water anywhere on his path.
He was friendly, great at his job, and our all around experience was one of the best, with any plumbing service!
I highly recommend the company for their communication and efforts to get us in as soon as possible, and doubly recommend David for his work and all around customer service skills (something that can be, somewhat lacking, when it comes to service work. They can be great with the work but short on dealing with people and their questions)!
Definitely recommend the company and if you have dogs or just want a great service experience, ask for David!

The fixture that connects to my water hose would not turn off and water kept leaking. It was 7:00 pm at night and I called several companies to see if they could come out and fix it. One company wanted to charge me time and half to send someone out. I found Pure Plumbing and David B. fixed the problem within a half hour. My wait time for him to arrive was only 2 hours. The price was very reasonable and problem solved. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

I used Pure Plumbing about 8 months ago and was very pleased with their work, so I called them again to get an estimate for replacing two sinks in my bathrooms. David B. came this morning and gave me an estimate for the sinks. He gave me a 10% discount (senior citizen, I believe), so I asked about replacing my reverse osmosis as well. I gave my approval and he said he could do the work right away! I was surprised - I thought I would have to schedule it for next week. He left to get the supplies he needed and was back in a half hour. David was very professional and finished everything by lunchtime! My sinks look great, and there are no leaks. And he installed my RO in a better way than the previous one, so I have more room under my kitchen sink! A big plus! David is an excellent worker, friendly, and I will be asking for him again the next time I call Pure Plumbing. I am very pleased with the work he did!

Super impressed with this company! I called and asked for an estimate for a shower and bathroom faucet fix. They texted me prior to arrival. Matt was kind and did an excellent job while also being efficient. It was great that he could perform the work the same day. Their prices are reasonable. I will be using them in the future and would recommend them.

It has been 1 year since I had Pure Plumbing install my RO System and it was time to have the filters replaced. I called to make an appt. and asked the girl setting the appt. how much they charge to change the filters. She stated they didn't have any pricing information, that the tech would give me that information when he got here. Kind of weird, but ok. I had specifically asked the technician that did the original install how much replacement filters were for this unit, and he stated around $100. I set the appt. and waited for my confirmations by email as I had received previously. No notifications were received. So the morning of my appt. I called them to confirm. Yes, I was on their schedule for that day. So I waited, most of the day for the Matthew to show up. Mathew was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. I have NO complaints regarding him or his work. My issue is with their pricing. He quoted $295 for a simple filter change. Then said he could give me 10% off because my husband is a senior. I told him what the first tech had told me, that the filters would be around $100 to change, and he said, well that was a year ago, prices have gone up. 300%! I should have told him, at that point, that I would not be having him do the job. I felt that the unit they sold me, Water Tec, is an off brand and I may have trouble finding filters for it. But, after he left, I got on Amazon and was able to find the exact filters for around $70 total. I've called Pure Plumbing twice since to get an itemized receipt (they just give you a receipt with the total price, no breakdown of parts and labor). I was told both times they would have their service manager call me back, haven't heard from him. I will not be using their service again.

UPDATE: After this review was posted, Jeff, the Service Manager for Pure Plumbing called me. He apologized and stated that the first tech probably should not have quoted pricing, but because he did, they would honor his quote. They gave me a refund of $165 and will be changing my filters each year from now on for the $100 quoted fee. That's a stand up company. Pure Plumbing really does have integrity and cares about their customers. I will be happy to have them service my RO system again. Thank you Jeff and Pure Plumbing!

Saw the television commercial for Pure Plumbing and was impressed that it was a family run business. I contacted them about having a water softener installed in my mother's house. It was easy making the appointment and the tech did arrive on time. It was explained to him what we wanted done which was to have a water softener installed. The water softener loop is already there. The tech wrote up an estimate to ""cut the wall and drain to install new laundry box and relocate wash sink angle stops down below the sink"".....at a cost of $997.00, which has nothing to do with the water softener. It was just where HE wanted to put the drain. I am not at all sure why this had to be done since I know of at least a half dozen other houses that the water softener drains into the same pipe as the washing machine. Anyhow....the first indication this was going bad was that the tech explained that Pure Plumbing would NOT repair the wall that was cut. The next estimate was to ""run 15' of drain line up and over ceiling and down to laundry valves""...at a cost of $500.00. The estimate continued with ""standard water softener with cation 10% resin, 48000 grain system with Clack WS1 digital head"".....at a cost of $2250.00. Yes...$2250.00. I am no genius but I do know how to do a google search through Home Depot and Lowe's for a water softener. Their prices are no where near the $2250.00 and for $79.00 Lowes will deliver the unit to my house. Now to be fair maybe the one Pure Plumbing was going to install was made of gold. It is my opinion; and my opinion only, that Pure Plumbing was taking advantage of senior citizens. I did contact a general contractor who will not only do the water softener but will also do some electric work and miscellaneous other jobs at a cost of $1300.00...total.
