One day, I came home to a big puddle in the ground and water bubbling up. I shut off the water and exposed galvanized pipe that had burst spewing out water. I'm so grateful for Christopher and Pure Flow Plumbing Solutions coming to repair the pipe. It was no small feat.

He and his crew dug up the old piping to the source, including breaking up the concrete. And then he replaced the old galvanized piping with new copper piping including the proper tie-ins to make sure there would be no reactions. Finally, the crew wrapped everything up properly in insulation.

Along the way, Christopher was very intent on doing things the correct and safe way. He looked out for me and I felt great having Christopher to help with this big job. I think Pure Flow Plumbing will do a great job for you too.

Chris helped us solve the clog issue and give us some more tips how to maintain the kitchen drain line also because of I forget to close gap downstairs , once the clog clear there is a lot of stuff in the drain gets spill out and Chris helps me clean it.

I needed a toilet replacement, and Chris's estimate was fast, and one of the best. He didn't mind all my messages about the new toilet's shipping progress, and scheduling the replacement. After the first replacement toilet arrived damaged, Chris removed the old one and disposed of it, and agreed to come back to install a new toilet.

More back-and-forth about shipping progress then he installed the new one, and it took as long as he estimated. He said to give the grout 8 hours to dry. Based on his experience, he warned that the flush lever might break, but he would come back to repair it.

I appreciated Chris's patience, and desire to finish the job, and he did an excellent installation.
