Chris is really helpful to detect a major leak in the crawlspace! He is very knowledgeable and friendly, and willing to take DIRTY jobs. He is the only plumber who is willing to go down the crawlspace to confirm the leak. While other plumbers just use flashlight and try to see and guess the problem.

I will strongly recommend Pure Flow and Chris for any plumbing needs. And will use Chris again if I have any plumbing installation and repair.

Our gas water heated busted and flooded our garage. I called 5 different plumbers on Sat AM and I found the little gem Chris Fernandes. He respond immediately. His quote was the second least expensive and was off by just a bit. I chose him due to his honesty with me on the phone and I wanted to help a smal business out.

Before he arrived he asked me to send pics of my heater closet, the current heater, and the certificate on my existing water heater. I gave him the brand and the capacity of the water heater that I wanted installed.

He came on time with the Bradford White water heater as promised.
He did a fantastic job at removing the old water heater and installing the new Bradford White gas heater. Since it was taller than the older one, he had to make a few modifications to the existing water intake and exit lines.
He was thorough, friendly, and honest.

He checked for leaks, pressure, and made sure I was 100% satsified.
He haluled the old heater, cleaned up the leftovers, and gave me a 1 year labor waranty and a 6 year heater warranty. Some only give you a 90 day warranty.

I would reccomend him in a heartbeat. I got value for money, but most importantly, I got good service and a great job done on time.
