I requested for a service to help fix our clogged drain in my kitchen. Chris responded within 15mins, gave a fair bid and was communicative with his ETA. He gave me an estimate of 2-3hr window for same day service. Chris arrived in a timely manner. Snaked and unclogged our kitchen drain during our holiday gathering. My kitchen line was getting backed up and very slow drainage. Chris came out as scheduled. He showed me the main line water drainage in my front yard clean out after he started running the snake through the kitchen drainage line. Not many plumbers go the extra mile to ensure great service. He also told me about where the backup probably occurred which correlates to the kitchen line to main line connection and always clogs up there. He even backs up his work with 90 day warranty. His price is very reasonable and fair.

I had a garbage disposal that was stuck and no amount of me trying to use that Allen wrench and pressing that red button was going to make a difference; it was time to replace the Insinkerator. Messaged Chris and he was scheduled to come on a Friday.

The day before the scheduled appointment, he messages me to let me know he is out on an emergency and asks if we can reschedule. I really appreciated him giving me a heads up because not everyone does that.

The morning of the rescheduled appointment, he sends a confirmation message and a couple more telling me his estimated time of arrival. Again, really appreciate the communication!

When he arrived, he was really friendly, walked me through what he was doing, answered my many questions, and overall great job! Thanks again!

Chris has done a wonderful job of repairing the shower leak at my property. When I noticed the water leak, Chris came by the same day (and it is a weekend) to review the problem, explained in detail the potential issues, and recommended a couple of options (with their pros and cons). Before the repair, he helped to check the house construction floor plan at the city, so we could find the min invasive way to reach the leak since the leak is on the 2nd floor and right next to an outside wall. The job is done efficiently and in a professional manner, and Chris provides a 10-year warranty for it.

I had two spots leaking under the vanity sink. Chhristopher decided that the valves and the faucet needed to be replaced. He was quick when doing the replacement. I had no doubt that he had done this many many times. The only trouble was the faucet. My mirro/cabinet was hung a bit too low on the wall and interfering with the new faucet. Christopher went out twice to get just the right faucet. I think he probably had to skip the barbecue he had told me about earlier. Overall I am very satisfied with the quality of the work as well as the new parts. I think Christopher is an excellent plumber and fun to have a chat with. Will definitely hire him next time.
