Jeff from Pure Flow just finished fixing a washing machine pipe water leak. Found them on the Nextdoor app, called them first thing this morning and were able to come out within a couple hours on a Saturday. He explained the problem and what the previous plumber did wrong. Got the parts to change the pipe from plastic to brass and fixed it in an hour. And discovered that my newly installed washing machine cold/hot hose were mismatched and fixed it. Friendly, local, honest and reliable. Recommeded!

I've used Pure Flow several times now. They are easy to get a hold of, work quickly and get the job done fast. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them. Plus they are local in Santa Monica which is a plus.

PUREFLOW KNOWS WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT!
I have nothing but positive things to say about Pureflow! They get things done! Jeff and Eric are extremely reliable, honest, and almost always find a way to squeeze you in, no matter how busy they are. Even if it's just to assess the situation and provide recommendations.
6 years ago I was referred to them and I am so glad I called! Since then I've used them for 3 different properties and will continue use them! They are very knowledgeable not only about plumbing but also about designer fixtures and finishes. They are resourceful in finding those hard to find items!
To give you an example of the quality of their customer service: On a Friday afternoon at the beginning of rush hour, a pipe burst in the backyard and water was everywhere.... We had a geyser! I called Jeff and he said was heading out of town for the weekend. Without hesitating, he said if he took the truck it would take at over an hour to get to the house because of traffic. He decided to jump on his motorcycle and arrived within 25 minutes. He was able to shut off the water and give me the information I needed to relay for the gardener to make the necessary repairs! This is just one example of several instances where they made themselves available no matter what! -Any other company would have said, they were sorry but it they weren't available until Monday.
Not only are they great plumbers who are competitively priced, they are also very personable! They are not afraid to get the job done right! No matter how big, small, smelly, dirty, clean or the tiniest of crawl spaces they may have to go into, they will consider it and most likely take every challenge that is thrown at them! They are a great company to have on your GO TO list!

I'd used Pure Flow once in the past for a simple clogged drain, which became clogged again just a week after they worked on it. Then, this past Friday (11/13/13) I called because our shower in the master bathroom started draining slowly, and our toilets started making a strange gurgling noise. They weren't clogged or not flushing properly, but it was odd behavior and our house is less than two years old. So I looked online and it seemed like evidence of a blocked main line. I called Pure Flow and described the symptoms. I was told that it wasn't a problem, that as long as the toilets were flushing, then the issue would work itself out. I thought that sounded strange and asked if they worked on Saturday in case the problem became worse. He said ""No, it's the holidays."" He told me to just keep an eye on the problem. Cut to Monday morning (11/16/13). Now we have standing water in two showers and a smell of sewage, and all the toilets are clogged. It's now an emergency, and I'm not calling Pure Flow to fix it.

Jeff and Eric are professional, knowledgeable, courteous and honest. My phone call caught them in between jobs so they hustled over to my house, arriving 20 minutes after my call. They dug into the ground where the water was gurgling up and told me what my options might be. I was anticipating having to spend several thousand dollars digging a new trench from the house to the water main. This house was built in 1946 and this was a break in the original line. However, upon digging into the problem (sic), they proposed first trying to simply replace the portion of the spigot pipe that connected to the main line - a much cheaper solution, if it worked. I agreed that we should give it a try - and it worked. These guys could have taken me for a lot more money and I would have been none the wiser. The work was done in about an hour, including a trip to the store to buy some parts. I couldn't have asked for a better experience - give them a try!
