Gilberto was very efficient, thorough, and friendly. He worked on the shower drain and explained what he was doing and why. He also provided a one year warranty on the work. As a plus, he provided tips on how to maintain the drain, as well as signs to watch for, not only with this issue, but also when it comes to other appliances water-related.

Gilbert was hired to address a persistent ""hammering"" noise in the walls of a bedroom. He incorrectly diagnosed the problem as relating to a water regulator which he replaced at $864. Gilbert also serviced my tankless water heater for $260. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved and Gilbert wanted to open the wall which would cost $$$$$. After paying an additional $374. for a 3 1/2 hour visit (the techs also looked at a leaking tap), we have established that the problem is with the tankless water heater Gilbert just serviced. I need to schedule another expensive service that might (or might not) fix the issue. The trust is gone and I am looking for another plumber.

Can't say enough good stuff about Pure & Elite. Gilbert helped us out with a pricey Hansgrohe-Axor replacement valve installation in our main shower. We had concerns our previous plumber did not have the know-how and expertise to handle the job, because you can't just run to Home Depot to replace a Hansgrohe-Axor part. Gilbert exceeded our expectations with a clean and careful installation. He also assisted us in dealing with high city water pressure by installing the correct pressure regulator that our previous plumber did not install. Our pipes are no longer singing, but we can't sing enough about Pure & Elite.

Recently had my bathroom remodeled. After getting several quotes from plumbers in the area, this company had the most affordable prices and the work was top quality. Initially I had a handyman doing the job and that backfired costing more money to undo the damage. Had to open walls to correct the problem. Best advice is to go with the Pros licensed and experienced.
